Cleanliness and the Convenience of the location.

The aircon has leaked, while the tv did not function after we went back to the room.

Location and the staff were attentive to queries which is good the customer service.

Room design was weird. They combined computer desk with a clothing closet which is difficult to use. The shower room is too small and have a concrete pillar limiting your shower space. The windows are not double glazed and you can hear the traffic noise 24 hours daily. Walls and flooring are dirty. Lastly, they provided guests with paper cups covered with a paper bag which was utterly weird. There was also a day when at least 4 rooms were vacated and for cleaning. All doors were opened and rooms were not cleaned until after the next day. That is poor health & safety practice to think the hotel promotes restricting the spread of Covid. They did not prepare my room by checking the batteries in the AC remote control, TV, and the safety deposit box. Comforters have stains and the towels are not bright white, which could be a result of poor laundry.
