Recomendded. I like everything about this place.

Very close to everywhere Otw to desa dairy farm (explains the flies)/golf club. View of mount kinabalu was stunning Prefer staying here than other hotels. 10/10 clean Attached is picture from the balcony

1)Spectacular view of the Mt Kinabalu and Kundasang valley. 2) Friendly receptionist. 3)consistent hot water for bath.

1) toilet stink. 2) lack chairs, tables, shelves, hangars and hooks on wall for the room of four. 3)wash basin is way too small for proper wash up.

- The view from the guesthouse was mesmerizing, we can see Mt Kinabalu from here. It is also very near to restaurants and tourist spots (Desa Dairy Farm, Sosodikon Hill). Preferable for smaller groups

- The air circulation could be improved as there are no air holes other than the sliding door (cant open all times due to mosquitoes). Because of that it sometimes feel a little bit stuffy

Clean and the view is good if you choose room with 3 people you will get nice view from your balcony. The facilities is great and the room is super clean! The environment also good, the have kitchen area where you get to eat and lepak lepak with your friends.

The rooms are big and clean. All facilities are provided. It will be better if we can get the upper floor room but overall is alright. The staff are friendly.

So far there is nothing that we don't like. But if can provide more kitchen utensils then it will be better.

The room is clean. Near to Hooga Cafe, Sosodikon Hill and Desa Dairy Farm.

The sliding door was vibrating and making noice due to strong wind. However it is only affects light sleeper.

Rooms were clean. Kids enjoyed exploring the surroundings of the property. Owners were very friendly.

Good location to see Mountain View and easy to find. Walking distance to Hooga Cafe.

Quite old, need an upgrade, mattresses and pillows not comfortable. A lot of flies when entering into the properties, not sure why.

The location of the homestay is within the amenities and places that we want to visit. The place is clean and well maintan.. We love the communal dining area too.

We stay at lowest floor, which is the biggest twin room, no view at all. the room is big. and the kitchen is very bad. nothing can do in surrounding area. no makan, no shop, no activity near by.

It is close to attractions.

Room 9 has a little weird smell, it goes away after I open windows for a period of time, but it comes back during our sleep with windows closed. Towels are a bit old and grey in color, but I believe it is clean. Bed sheet doesn’t look clean though. Overall not satisfied but accept the fact that it is a home stay and not hotel.

the room was clean and spacious, bed were comfy. had view of the kundasang town. netflix provided, wifi was strong. good water pressure with heater.
