Beautiful villa with great indoor and outside space. Very pretty traditional style villa in a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle. The hosts were very kind and helpful, we felt completely relaxed. Lovely views and gorgeous swimming pool.

Kate and Tino were fantastic hosts with an excellent home. Thoroughly enjoyed our time in Hvar!

Kate and Tino are really friendly and helped us very well with all our questions. They created a warm welcome and gave us clear instructions about the house. Their house is very nice with a nice terrace and swimming pool. Everything is in the house to have a relaxed holiday. Don’t come here to have big parties, but more to relax with friends. This house is in a small town.

We had no problem with the drive but keep in mind that you need a car to get along. Rent a car for fe. the drive to Hvar town (around 10 minutes).

Villa Kate is in a secluded, quiet village - a world away from Hvar Town, but very close geographically. The inside is great, enough space for us as a family of four, but the best part is the amazing outdoor space - gorgeous views out towards coastlines and sea, and wonderful sunsets. It is very open, but feels private at the same time. We loved watching the swallows dipping down towards the pool and skimming the surface to get a drink of water, and occasionally spotting the timid little lizards on the walls. The hosts, Kate and Tino were brilliant - great communication before the holiday and couldn’t do enough for us when we were here - really friendly and helpful, and even lent us their car for a couple of days to explore the island when the rental companies had no availability! The lavender, which the village is famous for, had just been cut the week before we arrived - so my tip would be to try to book during May/June and the smell would be amazing, although I suspect the village would be a lot busier with tourists - we loved being able to turn up to the Family Farm restaurant without having to book!

The top mezzanine bedroom in the pitch of the roof might be better suited to someone who isn’t as tall as my son! One small drain vent issue was dealt with as soon as we contacted Tino - he was adamant that nothing would spoil our holiday!

the outdoors only

the property is only Ment for a couple but is being marketed for 6/8 people. the ground level has only 1 bed room and a sofa cum bed in the living room. the other 2 rooms are not usable S the ceiling hight is less than 5 ft and sloping we hit our head a couple of times on the ceiling and my daughters head was bleeding and the owners refused to acknowledge the same as they had taken a 100% advance and were not ready to refund the money we had paid about 1900 euro for the stay but he after 1 night was ready to refund only 500 euro. The host has no where mentioned that the hight is so low about 5. feet which is no standard anywhere in the world. You also spend a lot of money going into the old town. totally not worth it for a family

Nice small villa in pitoresque town, sea view, great host, all that is needed was present.

The hosts were very kind and helpful. The villa was really nice with very nice views, specially the sunset. The rooms and bathrooms we're nice and the terrace too.

The town was quiet and nice but a little away from hvar center, so you need a taxi every time you're going to drink.
