Room had a window to a Conference room. Not to the outside.......... I expected a room with a window to the outside

Excellent breakfast. Good downtown location. Nice size family room.

Only one key available for family to share. Cleaning staff showed up only once during stay. Young people in square shouting late at night.

The staff was really nice! The breakfast was really good.

As soon as we booked in we were stopped by the police who was spying on another room in the hotel. We were followed everywhere they stopped my father who they persude and went through our bags and personal diary without papers. We locked the door and went to sleep, when I woke up and went out for a smoke the door was unlocked. They basically ruined the whole trip. We told the hotel about this and they confronted the police about this. We were called stupid,paranoid and high...

Breakfast

They dont offer shampoo or conditioner, only 3 channels work on the tv, everything looks old and even the furniture was in bad shape, the only chair in the room was broken. Terrible

There is no kettle in the room , we have new born baby & girl 3 years old , they drink milk , and only 1 key ..

Had to go to other building to get a key. Difficult to find parking if you are not local.

The breakfast at kust hotel was great with many choices. The staff was really friendly at kust hotel ( of course there's no staff at BnB ) because we arrive Saturday we could park for free in front of kust hotel until Monday morning. Location is great at city centre. The room is big.

The room was cold even we turn the elements all the way to 3. We didn't read on booking.com that we have to check in at kust hotel before we could enter our BnB. The jacuzzis plug was broken so the water kept draining. We had the family room with bed- sofa......but or we didn't understand, or its normal it's only a flimsy mattress stuffed under the sofa to pull it out. Plus the sofa suppose to retire a while ago. Not worth the price of the hotel.
