Beautiful please Calm and confortable Clean and has everything needed in a room

Not much, under very trying circumstances

We arrived at 17.00, on a cold day at the beginning of March. the room was cold, the heating not on. We turned the valve, it still didn’t work. We texted reception at 17.45, we were told to wait as it took 30 mins to warm up, we pointed out we had already waited, however no one came until about 18.30. We were told there had been a problem with the heating, they were working on it. She fiddled with it, saying it was difficult to get work done because of Covid, and left to get help. She returned and fiddled more. We pointed out that this should have been done before our arrival. Eventually, after 19.30, it started to work. The heated towel rail had similar problems. All we were offered was a breakfast, which was not required. The room was not fit for purpose, and we should receive a refund.

Lovely room, exceptionally clean, easy to get to from motorway. Quality cooking facilities, unusual decoration( loved it) Room spacious with uk TV which is unusual

Finding the gates after collecting keys was a little difficult in the dark and amongst very busy traffic. Was told it was on the right, if was on the left. No milk to have in drinks but fortunately we had our own. A few more drinks would be good in future alliwing for evening anfv morning hot drinks, especially during covid
