Je suis arrivée pour récupérer ma chambre, on m'informe d'un surclassement. J'arrive à 16h45, on me précise 2 fois qu'on m'accueille genereusement alors que la réception n'ouvre qu'à 17h (la prochaine fois laissez moi utiliser la boîte à clé plutôt que de m'offrir 15 min). J'entre dans mes pénates, je récupère un logement sur trois étages, trois chambres, deux sdb, cuisine, salon, le tout bien dégoûtant. Je retourne à la réception, je patiente, je montre l'état du généreux surclassement, je demande à partir, on insiste pour trouver une solution, on me présente "la plus belle suite" 20 min plus tard alors que moi, je veux juste m'en aller après cette impression ratée ou, en plus, on a essayé de me pigeonner... La prochaine fois, chère madame, s'il vous manque une chambre, offrez de suite "votre plus belle suite".

La chambre super jolie et propre. Les équipements proposés (sauna japonais, spa) Le petit déjeuner au top et copieux.

Problème à utiliser les jets de la douche (en panne !)

L’emplacement et le cadre

La douche n n’était pas en état et ne fonctionnait pas du tout.

Good location right next to the Grand Place.Breakfast is fine, the croissants are delicious. Though it would be good to have more protein ( boiled eggs perhaps?). Overall, we had a great stay.

We only had an overnight stop but the room was terrific. Lots of nice touches with bathrobes, slippers, luxury soaps etc. Very comfortable bad. Very close to the city centre but still quiet. Spa facilities looked good but we didn't have the time to try them or sample the breakfast. Very handy for Eurotunnel - just an hour up the A26.

I found it a bit difficult to find as it's a small frontage on to Rue Edouard Herriot. It's No 107 and opposite Theatre de Bethune.

Great Jacuzzi bath

My suite was very spacious, with a jacuzzi bath, large shower separated from sleeping and sitting area by a a glass ‘wall’. While minimalist it was extremely comfortable and well appointed. Velux windows allowed one to air the area as needed and radiators in each area allowed one to heat as needed. Excellent accommodation and housekeeping.

Beautifully designed rooms really clean and great location within easy walk to the Grand Place restaurants and bars

We found the rooms a little hot but that's just personal preference
