Windsor house is perfectly located to access the American consulate, Constantia Uitsig, walk through the forest and a perfect spot to tour the southern peninsula from. Neat and beautifully decorated with specific attention to keeping us warm and cosy in the cold CT winter.

everything is great, nothing to complain except we stayed at here only for 1 short night, wish to stay longer.

This was a repeat stay and it was just as good as our 1st stay. The accommodation is immaculate and the hosts are friendly, a bonus was they upgraded our room. The location is perfect and in a quiet area, although close to Blue Route Mall and the M3.

Did not have breakfast. Location is excellent and easy to find. Mark & Trace were very friendly hosts. (Incidentally, we may sound like people from the UK but that was over 50 years ago - we are both South Africans)

Friendly and helpful hosts, great breakfast, large and clean room with everything you require for a short or a long stay.

Booked on behalf of my Mum and Mother in law who were really impressed with the accommodation, the location and the cleanliness. The owners went above and beyond to ensure they were comfortable and enjoyed their stay too. Very impressed and would recommend!

The location was perfect. Great wifi for work purposes and lovely peaceful garden.

I was a bit concerned about hearing a neighbour snore in the next room, as well as the fact that there was a smell of sorts, in my room....and the fan was not working. Other than that, lovely

We asked where we could park and were told on the street.

It was great we felt more with us family who took care of us very well. Received a lot of help from Tracey and Mark, I am really grateful to them. Spacious room with all necessities and bathroom it should not be more. The breakfast was something different every day and just as delicious as our mother's food. Everything was SUPER.

Tracy and Mark have a beautiful home, in a beautiful and safe suburb! Our room was lovely and spacious, and we were lucky enough to have the shared bathroom to ourselves 🙂

Nothing hectic really - just that the aircon in our room wasn’t working, but we had a fan to fight off the heat, so that made things better

Wonderful friendly hosts, clean, good quality facilities and bedding, beautiful space! We loved the pool and the close proximity to the park.

Location was pleasant. Owners were helpful and friendly. Grounds were attractive.

I was persuaded by host to change my booking from the garden room to a flat above the house, for an increased charge but with more space. However, it wasn't a flat, it was a mezzanine level above the house within the house with only 2 walls and so afforded minimal privacy as the house kitchen, 2 lounges, front door and office and open staircase to the "flat" created a very exposed feeling. Another reason I was persuaded to change rooms was to allow workmen in 7 days a week for the entirety of my stay to renovate a room next to the garden room. The workmen were still busy when I left. Wouldn't it be more sensible to arrange building works out of season in the winter months? This would result in less disruption in the garden and no constant noise for any guests staying.
