Room is average...mattress is very old.. Not at all comfortable..may be other room are provided good.price is also high according to rooms.

It was a nightmare having checked into the property. I have never experienced such a dirty and filthy room in my entire travel history. See the pictures it will reveal it all.
Cleanliness and Hygiene are the two words that this property has never heard. There was insects crawling in the room (see video)
The internet was not working and above all the care taker kept lying to me that it needs a service from the provider, but actually the password was hidden by the owner and it would have been easier if he had told me the truth.
I had booked the place for 5 nights and paid in full but it got so worse that i checked out after the second night. I had also reached out to Booking.com for help with the property with pictures that are here
They also tried to stop me from writing this review they modified my booking to the 4th night and then cancelled it so that my booking does not show up. I reached out to the customer service and they provided me this link.
I will request Booking.com to have a security review on this property
The staff was so impolite and to add to that there is under age guy who said his age was 17 a trouble maker
I will recommend no one to book this place its a hole and your health is at risk

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Puri.

I must say, I had the best experience in Puri. Amazing staff, Full marks for rooms and cleanliness. Overall, a nice and comfortable experience, I thank all the staff for making my stay a memorable one. I will highly recommend this hotel and Certainly will visit again. Cheers!

The hotel is super clean and nice. It makes you feel comfortable straight after entering the main door. Hotel is equipped with almost everything you might need. Overall it was a good experience for the price I paid. I highly recommend this Hotel for your stay.
