We liked everything about the property… Very cosy and comfortable… great location… ample facilities… Very helpful host…

The studio was beautifully decorated and very cosy. It had everything you could need. Great location just off the seafront. Very helpful and communicative host.

It's near the beach. Clean and cozy .

The bed was a bit uncomfortable. Not very private due to poor fencing.

Small but very comfortable and clean. Perfect for a stay with a dog. Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the beach and great for dog walking. We would definitely come back.

Bed was pushed against the wall, so hard to get out of in the night without waking my husband.

ran the shower for ages and didn’t go hot so both of us had to have a cold shower in the morning

It was a lovely little base, with privacy. It had beautiful decor and I would definitely stay again! A stones throw away from the beach so a fab place to bring doggos!

A couple of points for improvement, but these things by no means affect our holiday, apart from the issues with the shower! Shower pressure was terrible and it was either scalding or freezing! I would move it by a mm and it would be freezing! Would have loved a full length mirror Bed needs to be moved to middle of room for plugs to be accessible Would have loved to use projector but tv was in the way. Also the TV itself wasn't working, asking us to scan for channels, so we just ended up picking something on catch up. Black out curtains would have been nice. Also for the summer months, perhaps a comfier garden set.

Breakfast not provided, but several nearby places where it was available, not a problem.

Bedroom very small and and not easy to get to bed as the bed was pushed against the wall on one side.
