Situato su una superficie di 7.500 mq che si affaccia sul mare di Creta, Villa Gerani Hill è un'esclusiva fuga di fuga privata incontaminata dai cari del pubblico. Totalmente isolato ma anche vicino a tutto, i tre piani di 600 mq. la villa è arredata con eleganza dentro e fuori con alta qualità e può ospitare 14 ospiti in letti e fino a 16 se necessario. Eleganza, funzionalità e lusso sono armoniosamente combinati con i dettagli per soddisfare le richieste più esigenti.

Entrando nella villa al piano terra c'è una spaziosa area open space composta da soggiorno con zone salotto, un HDTV satellitare da 40 ", Playstation, un tavolo da biliardo, una zona pranzo al coperto e una cucina completamente attrezzata di apparecchi ed elettrodomestici di alta qualità . L'area salotto si apre su una veranda con area soggiorno che porta anche alla piscina, alla vasca idromassaggio e all'area del giardino. Inoltre si trova anche un WC sullo stesso piano. Il piano terra ospita una camera con letto matrimoniale e bagno con doccia.
Arrivando al primo piano attraverso una scala, c'è una sala con area salotto e uno spazio ufficio con una scrivania. Questa sala dispone di un accesso diretto ad un ampio balcone con zona salotto che offre magnifiche viste panoramiche. Al primo piano ci sono il resto di 6 camere da letto, quattro con un letto matrimoniale e le altre due con 2 letti singoli. Due delle camere matrimoniali dispongono di bagno privato con vasca e doccia. Inoltre nello stesso piano ci sono altri 2 bagni, uno con vasca e uno con cabina doccia. Tutti i letti singoli possono essere trasformati in uno doppio se necessario.
Una scala dal salone al piano terra conduce al piano inferiore. Su questo piano c'è una zona lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice e un 70 mq. palestra. La nostra palestra offre una vasta collezione di attrezzi per il fitness come un tapis roulant, una ellittica, una barra parallela, una panca olimpionica e un attrezzo multifunzionale per il fitness, che include anche una sauna. Inoltre una sauna e una toilette si trovano anche sullo stesso piano.

The property was very nice overall. The air conditioning worked well and all the bedrooms were as advertised. The pool and hot tub were also quite nice. The air conditioning is connected to door sensors so you'll need to get used to keeping the doors closed or cracked. In addition, the doors can't be opened from the outside which was a bit unusual.

The property was fantastic and perfect for my family,.with such a range of ages. We had a number of celebrations and the villa was the magical setting that made it even more special.

An absolutely amazing property which was of exceptional quality. Beautiful grounds and wonderful pool. It really did surpass all expectations. All of our needs and far more were catered for, we could not have asked for better service from all who were involved in looking after us. The owners were dedicated to making us feel welcome providing us with cakes and pizzas and pastries. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay special. Etouri were exceptional. I have never had the pleasure of dealing with so many people whose aim was complete customer satisfaction. Absolutely amazing!
My husband and I wanted to give our family a summer holiday where we could all be together, enjoy each other’s company in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere and where we could feel at ease and have fun. Our stay at The Villa Gerani Hill - Sivas provided all of the above and far more. It certainly was the holiday of a lifetime. Thank you to everyone involved in making this so special.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa which was beautifully presented with excellent facilities. The owners were very generous and brought us fresh pastries and other foods on several occasions. The concierge service was excellent and did everything we requested of them very promptly.
We enjoyed visits to Rethymno and had excellent meals there and at Starras in Gerani.

This villa certainly has the wow factor. With 3 master bedrooms and 4 further spacious double bedrooms this villa offered us the flexibility to work for 3 generations including 6 children aged 9 to 14. We paid for heating the pool, definitely well worth it. The children were in it at every possible opportunity. With a full kitchen, large barbecue area and a pizza oven we ate out less than half the time. The pool table and table tennis table were a definite hit with the adults, as was the sauna, but for 1, 14 year old bot, the gym was definitely the best. There was a play station, useful at times, and 2 chess sets, with the interesting characters making it even harder for us oldies. The owner and his wife were absolutely lovely and extremely welcoming and helpful. All in all a superb villa in a wonderful location with spectacular views, definitely worth every penny.

This truly is a fabulous villa and we have no hesitation in recommending it. 5 star for all aspects.
We stayed as 3 families of 6 older adults and 7 younger adults. The pool area, BBQ/pizza area, hot tub, pool table, table tennis, gym, tennis court and extensive grounds suited all ages. The beds were super comfortable and we all slept well. We loved collecting eggs daily from the free range chicken coop, picking hanging grapes and huge tomatoes but most of all the owners, Petros and his wife Miss Effie popped by throughout the week with lots of goody baskets of pastries, pizzas and wine making us feel so very welcome and looked after.
The view is certainly breathtaking and whilst isolated enough to play music around the pool without disturbing anyone, not so isolated you couldn’t pop into the vibrant town with bustling shops and restaurants of Rethymno or central enough for many sightseeing trips over the island.
We went to the local village restaurant for a Cretan meal and the whole atmosphere, food and must do back area was wonderful with Pertos having bought a round of drinks for us.
The concierge service provided by Etouri who manage the property for the owners was truly outstanding; for their communication and responsiveness and what they provided. They arranged boat hire, booked restaurants and taxis often at late notice and much more. Having a direct phone in the villa to their office was amazing and enabled the older adults to go off in the cars for day trips leaving the youngsters in their capable hands to sort taxis etc for them.
The whole week was stress free and a memory to treasure.

The huge house is set in lovely grounds with plenty of spaced seating areas and an amazing view. The bedrooms are all spacious and have comfortable beds. The kitchen equipment is pretty good but a little basic (no food processor or liquidiser for example). We recommend the additional cleaning.
The family very much enjoyed the pool table and table tennis. However the promised tennis court turned out to be a paddle court with a concrete surface.
We liked being able to collect eggs and tomatoes from the enclosure. There was an excellent package of food waiting for us on arrival.
Just a couple of kilometres down the hill is a tiny beach with parking, shower and toilet. It has a little sandy area but is mostly cristal clear waters with good snorkelling.

We were welcomed to the property by Mr P and Effie. Everything was sparking and our welcome package excellent, not to mention the fresh eggs and veg each day collected from the property and surprise packages arriving with Mr P. We loved the villa and all the facilities were fantastic and our teenagers were never bored in fact did not want to leave. The view is breathtaking and all the shops and restaurants are within easy reach. We had the most amazing time and the weather also played its part, wall to wall blue skies for 7 days. Thank you all for a truly memorable week.

Fantastisk villa, vacker, exklusiv och välutrustad. Stor pool, trädgård, uteplatser, grill…. Gästfrihet och generositet.
Allt man kan tänka sig - och lite till. T ex en egen hönsgård och trädgård - färska grönsaker och ägg varje morgon. Svindlande vackert läge på en klippa ut mot havet.
Vi var 15 i familjen i tre generationer, 2-72 år, - alla trivdes lika bra.

A wonderful holiday
The villa is amazing, in an ideal location, it has all the facilities you need for all ages. We have stayed in many villas over the year but this was the best by far, but it has to be said that it was the people involved in the villa who made the difference, they were all universally friendly, helpful and kind.

Un très bon séjour à Gerani
Nous avons eu le bonheur d’etre dans cette maison en ayant eu le malheur d’avoir un temps maussade sur presque toute la semaine . L’emplacement est très favorable pour aller vers l’Ouest ( Chania , Kissamos .... ) ainsi que vers le sud , la proximité de Rethymno permet cela rapidement , nous avons pu chercher le soleil au sud ! La maison permet de vivre pour un large groupe sans se marcher dessus avec des activités sportives et ludiques pour ceux qui comme nous pratiquent .L’accueil était efficace ainsi que le support , avec des contacts réguliers et amicaux . Merci pour les gâteaux et autres aliments donnés ainsi que les œufs frais à aller chercher tous les matins ( +10 par jour ) , merci les poules ! Nous reviendrons en Crète !

Wunderschönes Anwesen mit sehr netten Vermietern
Dieses Anwesen ist einfach nur ein Traum. Wir waren mit 12 Personen dort und hatten dennoch genug Platz damit jeder sein Ding machen konnte. Neben einem 3m tiefen Pool, einem Whirlpool, Tischtennis, Billard und sogar einem Tennisplatz inklusive Schläger und Bällen waren die frischen Eier und das frische Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten das Highlight des Urlaubs. Pedro, der Vermieter kam sogar alle paar Tage mit lokalen Köstlichkeiten aus der Bäckerei oder einem kostenlosen Abendessen inklusive Raki. Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefüllt und sahen jeden Cent gut angelegt.

Such a superb villa and location we decided to get married there!
We have just returned from a wonderful week at villa Gerani. Despite arriving in the early hours of the morning we were greeted by Robert from Etouri and the owner Miss Effi. We were given all of the information we needed to settle in plus a days worth of shopping was waiting for us as requested. The villa is fabulous and is exactly as it appears in the pictures, in fact it is better! We were a group of 13 adults and one teenager and there was plenty of room for everyone and lots to do to keep everyone entertained from the pool table, the gym, sauna, table tennis, hot tub, tennis court, basketball hoop, swimming pool and the friendly chickens that provided us with fresh eggs every morning. The grounds of the villa are beautifully kept and were tended to every couple of days at the same time that the villa was thoroughly cleaned. We loved the villa and location so much that we changed our plans to get married at a local beach and held the ceremony at the villa instead. I would thoroughly recommend this property and the services of Etouri. There was always someone on hand to help us and having a phone in the villa with a direct line to the office made contacting them simple and efficient. I cannot speak too highly of our experience here. It was so good our whole party were talking of returning next year to celebrate our first wedding anniversary!

Wonderful Villa! Group of 11 celebrating a big birthday. Everything was perfect!!
The Villa is just as the pictures show- beautiful and relaxing. We enjoyed every moment we spent there. Very short drive to town, restaurants and beaches. Owners and staff was excellent. We could not ask for anything that they did not immediately take care of-reservations, massage and tours. Looking forward to going back!!!

Grande villa avec vue à couper le souffle
Un super accueil par les propriétaires eux-mêmes, une villa parfaitement équipée (grande piscine, ping-pong, tennis, basket, j’accueille, salle de sports...), il y en a pour tous les goûts.
Nous avons pu goûter aux œufs des poules de la propriété et profiter de tomates du jardin ! Service conciergerie haut de gamme.
Et que dire de cette vue incroyable qui embrasse la mer toute proche à plus de 180°.
Levés et couchers de soleil sont incroyables.

Everything amazing
This beautiful villa and property is absolutely gorgeous but what made our stay very special was everyone around us that made sure to give you the best experience from start to end. From the lovely host family that couldn’t be more sweet and generous to us to the vacation home agency that did everything in their way to maximize our stay in Crete. A very well maintained house in charming and private setting. The pictures are great but the experience much better. Both kids and adults loved it, could easily have stayed another week! Make sure to visit the restaurant Staras in Gerani. Would love to come back again. Love, Ericsson family

It feels so remote as you can’t see another property - just a stunning sea view, but step outside and you’re on the outskirts of a lovely village with great tavernas, a pharmacy and a couple of friendly small supermarkets.
The owners were lovely and Robert from Etouri was excellent, really friendly, responsive and efficient.
The children adored the villa, feeding the chickens, collecting the vegetables but mainly just swimming like fish all day in the lovely pool. We didn’t want to leave and would love to return!

Objekt entspricht dem Prospekt. Alle unsere Erwartungen wurden voll erfüllt. Wir hatten eine wunderbare,abwechslungsreiche Familienwoche. Die grossartige Lage des Objecktes, der Pool, der Jaccuzi und das idyllische Dorf Gerani waren die Höhepunkte in der Woche neben den Ausflügen zu Stränden und Gebirge.Das Objekt war und wurde sehr gepfegt. Tolles Haus, für Großfamilien bestens geeignet.
Wir hatten anlässlich unserer Goldenen Hochzeit alle Kinder und Enkelkinder eingeladen. Wegen der vielen Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten kam nie lange Weile auf. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt.

We were a group of five couples and there was plenty of room for us all, and still to have our own space.
Petros, the owner looked after us superbly. We experienced the best of Cretan hospitality, and had a classic village Greek meal with our wonderful host!

Vi var 15 personer, 7 voksne og 8 barn i alder 10-17 år som ankom Villa Gerani med store forhåpninger ut i fra beskrivelse og bilder på nettet. Vi ble tatt i mot som konger og behandlet som konger :-) Stavros og hans vakre kone gjorde alt for at vi skulle trives og det gjorde vi alle sammen veldig mye. Alt fra hus, basseng, uteområdet generelt, renhold og personale var veldig bra. Vi håper vi kan komme tilbake til denne flotte plassen. Tusen takk for alt!! Best places you can find in Crete
14 people from Sweden rented the house for a week. We have rented plenty of houses before but the was by far the best experience any of us had. The house was beatuiful and the services was perfection. Etouri was really serices minded and supported us all the way. (we even got free cake, beers, whine etc) I would strongly recommend anyone to spend a week or more in this house with Etouri performing the service

A stunning villa set in an amazing location
We were a group of 3 families staying in this fantastic Villa. From the moment of booking to the day of leaving, our every need was met. The communication from Kostas and Eleni at Etouri was first class, making our holiday plans smooth and relaxing. The villa is well equipped with everything you need-for all ages to enjoy their stay;It feels very special and luxurious. The villa owners were very kind to us and the children, making us all feel at home, the special attention and extra treats from them were fab. The children enjoyed caring for the chickens and finding eggs for our breakfast, as well as picking the fresh fruits and vegetables that grow in the villa gardens!
We enjoyed the pool, the view, the various games/sports facilities, the bbq, pizza making and cooking in the pizza oven, the amazing sunsets and the beautiful area. We have happy memories forevermore😍.....

Amazing property
The villa was absolutely incredible. A wonderful property that is incredibly well maintained, with tons of options on site, especially for kids. We had 5 kids ranging from 1.5 to 14 and they all had things to do -- tennis, pool, basketball, picking veggies, chickens etc. There are fresh veggies and eggs on the property and sheep just outside. And the location is great. Close to Rethymno but away from any bustle. And the etouri folks and owner are super responsive and helpful. 5 stars! Would stay again.

Excellente prestation et surtout les propriétaires sont hyper sympas
Efi et Petros sont des gens formidables ou le bien être prime sur tout le reste, nous avons été très bien accueilli et la villa et prestation fidèle à la description faite. Nous avons passé un très bon moment et nous recommandons le chef Stelios à la villa, il a aussi un resto à Rethymno la petite fleur.

Vi var 15 personer, 7 voksne og 8 barn i alder 10-17 år som ankom Villa Gerani med store forhåpninger ut i fra beskrivelse og bilder på nettet.
Vi ble tatt i mot som konger og behandlet som konger :-) Stavros og hans vakre kone gjorde alt for at vi skulle trives og det gjorde vi alle sammen veldig mye. Alt fra hus, basseng, uteområdet generelt, renhold og personale var veldig bra. Vi håper vi kan komme tilbake til denne flotte plassen. Tusen takk for alt!! Mvh alle oss i fra Norge!

A splendid villa
A secluded and majestic location with a beautiful sea view set in lovely well maintained gardens. Fresh eggs from the chickens. Tomatoes and aubergines were provided. The villa is very well appointed with marble floors and air conditioned rooms. The villa is fully equipped with very good poolside furniture a brilliant barbecue area, deep pool and a small tennis court. There are many areas outside with sofas and shaded spots with chairs/beds.
The local village (Gerani) has a superb baker, good taverna and mini markets one with a butcher. Rethymon is only 10mins away with a historic old town and many good restaurants.

Great villa with amazing services and facilities.
Lovely villa with great amenities and services. Kostas and his team from etouri were very helpful during all our stay and provided top quality customer service. Even in case of an emergency in the middle of the night they responded and suggested where to go.

A relaxing luxurious stay
This is a fabulous villa in a fabulous location, perfect for our large group of 12 people. Every little thing that you could want has been thought about and provided. The bbq area is my favourite, with built in bbq and wood oven. The villa was spotless with a cleaner visiting daily and linen changed every two days. A fabulous greek experience.

Spacious Luxury Accommodation
We were very impressed with the overall appearance of the property upon arrival and the welcome party that we had from Mr and Mrs Petros, Costas and team. They ensured that we were very happy with everything and were very generous throughout our stay. The accommodation was very spacious for our party of 12 and decorated to a high standard. Lots of thought given to providing extras for our stay and we enjoyed having the chickens in the back garden to collect eggs on a daily basis and the vegetable garden to feast on. We enjoyed the BBQ area at night and hosted our own Cretian Olympics in the lovely pool and tennis court. Something for everyone at this property and we were overwhelmed with the generosity of Mr Petros.
