Checked in late at night. Gentlemen at the front was very upbeat and friendly. Room was a little on the smaller side, but comfortable and accommodating, and very clean. Also quiet. Breakfast was delicious! There was some confusion as we thought check out was at noon, so we were shocked to have the front desk morning manager knocking on our door at 11:10 am, asking if how many minutes we would take to get to the front desk to re-book our room for another nights stay. She wasn't as friendly as I'd hope someone in her position to be, and was a little off putting. My husband discovered that we were not told of a deposit the night before, so we were surprised to have to pay $100 deposit the 2nd night, especially after not causing any concern or warranting any reason to need any deposit as we we are clean and responsible guests, however we did as asked to not cause any issues.

Stayed in the suite. Floor a little squeaky. Room was clean. System was down when I got there, but luckily I called earlier in the day to let them know my flight was delayed and was getting in really late, so they wouldn’t cancel my reservations. Girl at the front was very polite. Offered a little choice of breakfast. Super basic. Juice machine was down. Only spent a night there, but took full advantage of the jacuzzi in the room.

Had no issues. Bed wasn't the greatest. Saturday breakfast ended at 9 am. So we had just fixed plates and they came and started packing up the food before we could grab more. Packed in the frig for tomorrow. Overall it was fine for a 1 night stay.

Great location. Don't let the outdated facility fool you, it's a good value and they keep it clean for how old it is. Easy access to highway and the college. Good value hotel, no frills, but it's not bad for the price.

The clerk inquired if walking up to 2nd floor would be difficult for us. That was so thoughtful of her. I have a bum knee so I appreciated being swapped to a 1st floor room. The rooms are a bit outdated but very clean. The towels were thick and soft. Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast.

Noices coming from both outside freeway traffic and next door neighbors were constantly loud.

The breakfest was not bad, the suite room is nice and spacious. The bathroom is small but shower is surprisingly bigger once you are in. Did not get a chance to check gym. Nothing fancy but surprisingly better than most 2* hotels I have stayed at.
Plenty of food options nearby. Also a cinema down the road.

If youre trying to have a nice date night/stay, the Hampton suite is still my favorite place, if money isn't an issue.

It was fine and seemed clean but very dated and not kept up (walls/baseboards scuffed, old carpet, dirty/dim light fixtures). Front desk staff was nice. Breakfast ended quite early.

It was clean, the staff were alright, but the one reason I booked here was the jacuzzi tub and the jets didn’t work. The general manager grace said she’d be calling me with an update on what they can do for me but I am waiting on that call.

We travel frequently to this area to visit with family and stay here. The facility is clean, with hot breakfast. Polite staff. Depending where the location of the room, you will have traffic noise.

It was a very nice for a 2 star property. Was surprised to get an upgrade when I checked in to a King room. The room was very nice. My only real negatives came from the vehicle noise from being so close to major roads and the noise from the upstairs room above mine. They both made getting sleep more difficult. I would stay there again even though it was a little noisier than I preferred.

The property is older for sure. The rooms were in better shape then I thought they would be. The "clean like a hospital" sign in the room is a reach. The padded mattess topper under the sheet was dirty and found a pad of paper in the middle of the night under the padded topper. Lots of dust and food in the microwave. Parking is tight and no one parked between the lines so we had to park out back and was worried about my car all night because the homeless population is a lot. Walking in or out of the hotel you get hit in the face with the smell of weed from someone smoking right out of the door.

A friend and I just took a one night get away to shop for fun. The room clean and comfortable with breakfast in the morning and staff was very kind to us. One of them helped us get our luggage down the stairs. Was very nice of her and we appreciated it. We will return in the future.

We weren't the only ones but a little tiny coffee makers in the bedrooms didn't work one of our conjoining rooms fridge doors will close and the shower in one of the rooms wasn't working too well. It really needs to overhaul on the facility itself. Staff members and everything were great friendly and courteous
