The villa is at a great location at Hilton Head. We enjoyed the semi-private beach access across the road, and walking distance from shops and restaurants. It's also a short drive to Sea Pines, and with a weekly pass, it's just like renting a place in Sea Pines. The villa was good size for me and my husband but it can feel small for six people (or even four adults). There's also very limited closet and storage space. The kitchen and main floor is renovated; the bathrooms are super small and outdated. The villa is cozy and clean. It's not luxurious if that's your style. Overall, it's good price for what you get.

Well appointed. Had a lovely bbq. Pool was nice and location excellent. Manager was a bit slow answering messages but aside from that lovely and would recommend.

We loved our stay! The one shower is ridiculously small though. Everything else was good. Very clean.

This was our second trip to Hilton head, first time staying in this condo. It was great. Clean. Fit all of our needs. Well stocked. The location was great. Close to parks shopping and the beach.

The condo was just as advertised - clean and comfortable. There is a public access walk to the beach just across the street. We would stay there again.

The condo was nice, bathrooms are small and the shower was extremely small, too small for an adult. We are college football fans and had traveled to Hilton Head to relax and watch the bowl games. We had purchased a lot of food to eat while watching the games. However, that did not go as planned, We could NOT watch the bowl games for two days due to the TV was Not set up correctly for ESPN, ABC, NBC, CBS, etc. We had to go elsewhere to watch the games for 2 days. Talked to Property Manager numerous times, spent several hours on this along with being on phone with the cable company. I had to rewire the cable box to the TV while on the phone with the cable company to get it working. They had purchased a ne TV but did not set it up for the cable channels but were paying for the cable service. The coffee maker was also broken, someone had broken the lid. To get it to work, you stand there and hold down the lid which takes nearly 6 minutes standing there holding down the lid. Property Manager agreed to give us a credit of $100 for all of our trouble but that never happened.

The condo was very clean, supplied with anything we would need. Spacious with plenty of room to relax. Bedrooms were very nice. Excellent location for exploring the Island. We had a nice time.

It was not ocean front or beach front, but close to the beach. Bathrooms upstairs, little inconvenient to climb so many steps every time needed. Place was nice, clean and big enough. Fully furnished kitchen. Would have been nice to have a little more info; got a note on the window for not have a sticker. Found them on the bottom shelf of the book case behind the chair.

Dino is an amazing host. The place as bigger than we expected and immaculately clean!

Loved the location! Beach Access across the road there is a beach bar called Loggerhead with beautiful beach view. Coligny Beach and shopping just down the road lots of shops and ice cream. Definitely would stay again! Just a note for people who can't do steps it's two story 15 steps total?

Location was great, pool outside patio door, beach short walk. Bathrooms were small but functional. Master bed very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen, renovated. Clean unit but barbecue needs a major cleaning. Host easy to communicate with. Main T.V did stop working so needs replacing.

This is exactly what we needed. The pool was right outside and the beach was just across and down the street. Great location but the condo needs updating. It is dated for sure. We would stay here again.

My adult daughters and I found this place to be perfect for a quick weekend getaway. The location is perfect! Many comforts of home there. We would stay here again for sure!

Comfortable clean and convenient! Four of us spent 2 lovely days here and couldn’t have been happier. The condo itself was perfect for our group and equipped with everything we needed. The beautiful beach only a short 5 minute walk away and the pool just outside the door. We definitely would come back. Thanks for everything!

We were pleasantly surprised. What a great spot, a 8-minute walk to the beach and 50 feet from the pool. It couldn't be any better. And the icing was the communication with Dino, which was outstanding.

Overall great vacation rental. Beach is just out front door and a short walk away. Pool right off deck out back. Bathrooms are small but nothing that can be done about that. Will definitely be returning.

We have stayed in HH for many years renting several different condos. This condo has a great location! It was perfect for my family of 4 which included two teenagers. Would definitely book here again!

We had a great stay! The place is so much prettier in person. Very clean! The view down to the pool from the master bedroom is beautiful! Other reviews say the master bed isn't comfy but I slept just fine and so did my daughter. The location to the beach is about a 5 minute walk.. go out the door and walk right across the streeet to the path, perfect! (you walk in between two of the hotels on a paved path and before getting to the little beach path boardwalk are the restrooms and a shower to rinse sand off for guests of Seascape ..this was a great aminety to have beachside) Communication with the owner was great also, answered all my questions quickly.

Full condo with most needed amenities. Pool is right out back, next to the gate. Beach is about 5 minutes or less away. Really liked the provided dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent for the days we were there. Also had a beach cart in the closet with some chairs and toys. Great communication with the owner, so if you have a question, just ask. Really enjoyed our stay and couldn't have asked for much more. Recommend.

We loved the condo! Across from the beach and pool was outside the back door. Cute and small. The king size needs to be replaced. It’s so hard! The second bedroom with the two bed, only one was comfy. The bathrooms are very tiny, if you are a bigger person do not recommend. Would return if beds were replaced :)

The property was perfectly located for everything. Would definitely stay again. Only complaint we might have is the master bed was kinda stiff.

The location is great- probably 10 min easy walk to the beach on trails. Place was very clean, and any issues were handled by the owner via the app. The check in/out information was hard to find and out of date. Because of this, the hot water heater breaker was turned off. After we figured this out, it was an easy breaker flip to fix. There are steep stairs, so be care with littles, especially the 2 and under crowd. There were beach toys under the stairs, that we didn’t know about until after we bought some. We had a little trouble finding the parking passes and house information/check in instructions. Mostly the check in information needs to be updated and obviously/neatly presented on the dining room table and these issues would be nonexistent.

A new favorite on HHI. Absolutely loved this condo. Clean, spacious, with all the amenities. And very well located in terms of beach access and proximity to Coligny. Particularly liked the tranquility of the back deck/pool area. Highly recommend and will definitely book again.

This condo was great for our family of three. Property was ready on time (even early!) Parking was so easy right outside condo. Location to the beach is perfect, a short bike ride or walk away from Coligny with shops and restaurants and pool is literally off back patio. Communication with host was very timely. No concerns while we were there. Would highly recommend and would be happy to return!

We enjoyed our stay here. Very nice having the pool so close. Stairs were an issue with our 19 month old grandson but we made it work. Short walk to beach and the beach chairs, toys, and cart were great to have available. Management was great - went out of their way to help us when we left something behind by mistake. Bathrooms are very small but it’s nice having two.

We loved it and can’t wait to be back there in the future!
