The property is beautiful delightful. the only thing I did not like was the restaurant the food was not great! They did not have a great selection of food. Also there was only 2 restaurants open we were there for 6 days and on day one they told us all the restaurants were booked. That’s was very disappointing. which also I did not believe because the resort was empty they are in there low season of travelers.

Was a beautiful property! The restaurant staff was awesome. Only downside was couldn’t get reservations at most of the restaurants, I also tried to organize wine and a birthday treat for my partner and the hotel forgot to deliver it.

Everything was a scam. They tried to get money out you at every turn! Check in was horrible. Communication is non existent. Wouldn’t recommend it. Go to Puerto Rico instead.

The rooms were nice but the service was terrible. We were supposed to have a concierge but we never saw him. He was supposed to make reservations for dinner which he never did. Very unreliable. The wait staff at the one restaurant where we are all meals was very rude. There’s are a lot of great resorts. Don’t waste your money at this one

We were celebrating a family birthday and had booked two swim out concierge rooms. One of our group got violently ill from food poison and had not eaten outside the hotel. Ended up in the hospital and the hotel did not go out of its way to bring broth or other food to the room and even took 3 hours to attend to someone very sick. This is not the only thing . The room cleanliness was under par for service . ,This hotel is far from a 5 star. Looks like a 5 star but is really a 2.5-3 star. Huge disappointment. The whole staff needs to be retrained.

I rated terrible because my son and his family made reservation fir my birthday. My mother died and I had to cancel. I explained it tonthe manager, to see if i could get a refund or at least some of my money. They said because of hotel policies he was unable to refund me. I understand, but this was out of my control. They are management and they have the power to make changes and use their discretion. Very disappointed with there decision.

The Hotel was ok, but the sofas in the room were very worn out and dirty. The food needs a lot of improvement, had to eat out in the city because of it, although we had all inclusive. They had great activities for kids, definitely a family orientated hotel. The staff was amazing, especially “Toribio”. Recommended great places to eat, shop and activities to do.

Our hotel stay was disappointing overall. The food had a poor selection and low quality, and service was mediocre unless you tipped. The air conditioner in our room failed multiple times despite repeated complaints. While beach service was okay, we couldn’t relax due to constant vendors approaching us.
The one highlight was our concierge, Carolina, who went above and beyond to resolve the issues and make our stay more bearable. Thank you, Carolina!

No sleep you could hear everything from next door rooms, poor service around pool area,not much variety in food for lunch, couldn’t get much reservations for dinner but the rooms are amazing

Property and amenities included were superb, just a couple of glitches during our stay: 1) we were supposed to have a personal concierge whom we only met at the end of our 2nd day so we were not able to take full advantage of that 2) their app would need some upgrading, it said we could make reservations for dining but it would not let us and so we had to come schedule it personally and then their system was not working so we had to come back later in the afternoon to double check, which was tedious since our schedule was full of activities, app could also be useful to have a hotel map to be able to navigate the property easier 3) they only had several specialty restaurants and the one we tried took an hour to serve dinner (japanese restaurant), was very disappointed by the slow service we were to the point of leaving the restaurant because of the long wait.

I want to mention that the VIP reception was exceptional. I was welcomed for check-in in a reserved room with all amenities and was explained everything about the hotel such as the restaurants, pools, and opening hours. I want to thank the hotel staff, many of them gave me real support and help, such as Toribio, the luggage man, the grill guys at the buffet restaurant, and the girl who prepared my room every day. Thank you all.

This was my parent’s first time
to DR and it couldn’t have been any better. Amazing stay, Great food, and very kind staff. My family and I are already planning our next trip back. I highly recommend this resort to everyone

The property itself was very nice. Customer service was at times horrible. There were some employees who were very friendly and helpful while others were rude. I did not get the opportunity to eat at the "specialty" restaurants. I was looking for much more activities but there were not a lot of things to do. Customer service training is needed.

The staffs at this property need to be properly trained. Most of them have this “I don’t want to work” kind of attitude. Even after we paid extra for the “Family concierge service”, we did not feel any different than others that did not pay. I would recommend other resorts than this one.

My husband and I had an exceptional experience at Paradisus Grand Cana, an All-Suites, All-Inclusive Resort in Punta Cana. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality. The check-in process was seamless, and we were provided with VIP service and a dedicated concierge. Our concierge, Patry, was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our entire stay. The highlight of our trip was our amazing swim-up suite. Stepping onto our patio, we enjoyed direct access to a private pool, perfect for swimming at any time, day or night. The resort is family-friendly, offering a wide range of daily on-site activities that kept us thoroughly entertained. The beach was pristine! Dining at Paradisus Grand Cana was a culinary delight. The resort offers a wide range of restaurants serving various cuisines, from steakhouses and Asian fusion to Peruvian, hibachi, buffets, and snack bar grills. There was truly something for everyone. Even those with allergies or dietary preferences like vegetarian or vegan were well-catered. The chefs went out of their way to consult with guests and prepare succulent meals tailored to individual requests. The staff at Paradisus Grand Cana were outstanding—warm, kind, and genuinely caring. Their hospitality created an inviting and infectious atmosphere. This resort far exceeded our expectations, making our stay truly unforgettable. We’re already looking forward to our next vacation at Paradisus Grand Cana.

I love the hotel areas, the cleaning room, the attention received from my family concern Raul Motta, George in the reception, the cleaning ladies, Eugenio who attended the mini bar on the room and another 2 guys. Also the guy of the service room during breakfast. It was a pleasure to meet them. My congratulations and greetings for them.
