The breakfast was good. Service was very good.

Room rate....then everything is too much.

The new decor

I requested him on the upper level. However, when we arrived, we were told that the upper arms were being cleaned. The room we were placed in had a view of a wall.

no drybathroom rugs

Rooms were very nice. Location is great.

Bed was too soft. My key did not work once and I had to walk all the way back down to the lobby to get a new one.

New hotel

No soup in the room for the whole stay. Restaurant misplaced my order twice, and charged for it. Most importantly, the rooms don’t have a small desk to work or place a laptop on. I had to improvise using the iron board to work.

the bar and outside atmosphere

the front desk staff could not understand that o was purchasing two nights so that I could ensure an early morning check in (purchased Friday to Sunday-arrived Saturday morning). after 3 phone calls the assistant manager was supposed to put a note on and check me in the night prior, upon arrival I continue to have issues checking in. next we arrived to our room and there were multiple hairs on each pillow and the beds…both queen beds. Very disappointed as I specifically picked this hotel as it was a Hilton hotel.

The decor of the hotel was lovely. The beds were really comfortable.

We had a room w a balcony. There was standing water on the balcony when we arrived. There was enough water that we were tracking it into the room. This should have been swept off prior to our arrival. We were disappointed early morning coffee wasn't available. We did have a sm coffee thing in our room but the cream was bad. We definitely would have preferred coffee available in the lobby area. We weren't happy with breakfast. The food was fine but the server lacked attentiveness. We had to request coffee refills and then it took a second request for it to be poured. We also couldn't help but notice our breakfast dishes were left on the table for too long. We went back up to our room and got ready for the day, when we came back down, the dishes were still there.
