Good accommodation. Everything worked! They had fresh plants all over the place. The decor was very nice. But I think the owner forgot to clean the fridge. :)

No parking. If you sleep early ( before 10 pm) I won't recommend this area unless you like music as there is a live band across the street.

Complete kitchen facilities. Bed rooms are cery comfortable. It has a very large television. They let us have a visitor and even allowed to go swimming at the pool.

The condo itself doesn’t have parking area and we have to walk outside of the property. Check out tike is 12, imagine how hot it is outside.

not the fault of the manager but the see view is marred by the construction of a high rise so it was a partial sea view.

Place is so amazing, linen’s are new and never expected to have toiletries for guests.

None at all, everything is so excellent, next time i will be visiting Dumaguete again?, i will book this place.

It would be better if i dont have to think and call the owner for some issues. But it was sorted out.

Unit was clean and well priced. Easy to get to town..

It was difficult to get through the security guard. Each unit is individually owned and the owner did not inform the guard that we were guests there. I walked away twice going to find other accomidation but the owner eventually called us and confimed the booking with the guard...Everything was fine after that..

This property was clean and ideally located close to the waterfront, airport and pier. We only stayed one night, but it would be good for longer stays.

The check-in process is a bit challenging, as we needed to wait for the host to arrive to be let in (they are not onsite)

Pool area. Great restaurants across Road. Good communication from owner let us check in early and check out later. Would recommend using grab trike to get around. Great security.

its hard to find a “like Home” feel in rented apartments but this one surely got it ❤️

Location, Cleanliness, Value for Money

the owner was very accommodating and answers quick. just had a little issue with the security. they should be more polite to the guests not the attitude of interrogating without checking the papers first

The unit itself was perfectly clean and with lot’s of amenities! It was a small but lovely unit, even w access to Netflix. Fridge full of drinks, many snacks against payment, but that’s normal.

Although the unit 417 itself was perfect, the owner did not buy a parking space, and the guards do NOT allow you to park inside the Condominium property (although there were at least 30 empty parking lots). When you ask ‘where to park’, they don’t know and on the public roads outside it’s full of No-Parking signs!! it’s a real mess, certainly when it rains!! So, don’t select that Marina Condominium if you come by car! Guards are rude too!!
