Heating didn’t work in living room, it was not fixed during my stay despite reporting on the first day and checking back on the second. I gave up on the third to the 5th days. Vacuum cleaner was absolutely full of dust. Should be emptied after every visit. Toaster chock full of crumb debris. A bit grubby, skirting boards topped with dust, stains around garbage bin, stove vent covered in grease, but overall not bad

Easy hand over of keys, just let them know my rough arrival time and headed over there. Flat was beautifully furnished, lovely and modern and very clean and comfortable. Having access to a dishwasher, washing machine and iron really helped during my stay. The property is in a good location for the outlet shopping centre and the local swimming pool. All in all a lovely relaxing stay despite travelling for work.

When leaving the property, the letterboxes to leave the keys in were not very clearly labelled. I also could not get the TV to work properly and the signal seemed to drop out. The location wasn’t particularly amazing. The property is on the ground floor close to a road and train line, but honestly they didn’t really disturb me too much.

Lovely apartment, had everything I needed. Great location and was met promptly by a very lovely lady to hand over the keys and go through everything with me, definitely stay there again.

Was very close to the road so a bit noisy with the windows open but once closed was fine. We like windows open so was a bit noisy and had to put up with it. On the edge of the building site but once all done I’m sure it’s going to be great. Would hope the patio area and garden area at the front will be fenced as you are literally a meter from the pavement and road.
