Easy access with codes to unlock the doors. Clean appartment with an exeptional shower and quite new furniture. The owner left us something to eat and drink for breakfast. Free wifi. Located near a subway station (line 12) and a RER B station.

The place is clearly made for two people, while we were three and there wasn't much room to move or eat

It's easy to get there from CDG airport. Just several stops with a train and a bit of walk. Just need to pay attention to the information about which trains stop in which stations - we had to jump off from one train at some point and jump on to another that stopped to the La Corneuve Aubervilliers station, because not all trains stop there, but they are riding the same routes. But it was very easy to figure everything out and when I think it back, it was very convenient. Also the apartment is very close to the metro line 12, which takes you directly to the center of Paris. So very convenient to arrive late and next morning to go and visit center of Paris. The location is also convenient if your departure is early morning, because the airport is close and you don't need to wake up too early. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, not too crowded. There is a marketplace close and also some restaurants. And I really liked how easy it was to deal with the getting in issue - no keys or waiting someone who doesn't speak your language.

I was able to enjoy both the central area and local area in Paris.

I mainly liked the price which I found honest and the propriety internally. Small but tidy, warm and clean. We were 3 and it was maybe lacking some space for our bags. But we knew it and was fine for us. We had that budget and for how much it costs it is worth every single cent, considering crazy prices downtown. House is 5 min walking from N12 subway from where you can reach city center in about 20 min. We met the owner by chance only at check out time since check in is managed with codes for the doors. But whenever we sent messages for infos or assistance he was always quickly and effectively responding.

The area during dark hours may look a bit scary for people who are not used to these kind of things, but we never had problems with anyone and enjoyed our holiday. If you want a place in a safe-looking area, stay in the city center and pay thousands of euros per week.

they left some stuff in there for you to use like water, coffe, and little bottle of Nutella

It’s an hour away from Paris centre, by tube. The cleaning is very disappointing as it’s tidy up but full os dust. the toilet lit is bronken, the radiator in the room doesn’t work and it’s freezing, the sink leaks…

The bathroom. Close to the metro station. They left us some breakfast.

Very dirty, sheets were used although they said they were clean (I attached some pictures). Inside the washing machine there were dirty towels (that were from other people). Far away from the city center. Very small.

Clean and modern and nice touch to leave tea, coffee and treats! Great power shower.
