The B&B is close to a shopping center
For a student there was no study table, I wish the tea provided also included Rooibos as well

Honestly didn't like anything about the place, furniture quality not good. There is no signage out the place so a person who goes there for the first time can actually recognize the place. There is no wardrobe or a space to hang clothes, that room just looks like some back room ekasi.
I didn't like that other guests who were there with their family were making noise the whole day through the night until 22:00 they were hogging the pool with thier kids didn't even get a chance to swim. The pictures sold online the and actual place are 2 different things.

There was everything that I needed.
The heater isn’t that warm, I suggest they upgrade.
The extra blanket is really old and warm out.
The bathroom needs spring cleaning and perhaps a paint job on the ceiling.

Breakfast was not provided and they were not willing to go an extramile for me to get the breakfast because I didn't mention on booking.com that I needed breakfast, even after I told her that the was not option to choose. I was not happy at all. The linen was poor as well as the towels, they were torn and duvet was so small with no volume in this winter, blanket was dirty. I'm not happy at all. No sugar provided in the room, iyooo it was like I was not paying for the service. I'm no longer going back there at all. Their dstv is only SABC channels, no choice of what to watch, boring place

The friendliness from the lady that checked us in and the aboveboard assistance when we had an issue with our vehicle. Very helpful and caring. I would go back for the hospitality....
I can't blame the venue for the loadshedding that we experienced as this is out of their control. I think venues should consider some alternative lighting.
Fridge was not working, even when there was power/electricity.
There was a need for FIXED plug points for the utilities (Kettle/Microwave/Fridge)

The staff was welcoming
The yard is muddy, they should consider paving. The towels in the room they are very hard couldn’t even use one. The place should consider having back up when it’s load shedding, even those portable lights can help.
