The hotel was amazing! Very clean, staff very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was wonderful! The breakfast had a such a variety and stocked

The staff made us feel like we were a bother checking in. They talked to each other the whole time. We had to ask where elevators were and where our room was located. The toilet seat was so low a two year old would have been comfortable. Really needed a handle bar to help older adults getting up and down. Room was a bit dingy. This was not near our other Hampton Inn stays.

Comfortable stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Facility is a bit dated but comfortable. Decent breakfast buffet and the coffee and canisters of homemade cookies and dog biscuits in the lobby at night were a nice touch.
Our only real complaint was that whatever they used to mop the tile flooring in our room left it dangerously slippery. Spreading a bath towel on the floor was an easy remedy but made opening and closing the bathroom door rather frustrating.
Overall I would recommend it.

The reservationist was wonderful. She welcomed us very warmly and it was obvious she was knowledgeable and genuinely happy to check us in. She also asked if we needed anything like the local shopping or restaurants. She impressed us very much. We completely enjoyed our stay!

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Coffee all day. Loved the snacks and water at check in. Cute little patio area. Disappointed pool was not open and nowhere when booking did it say this. Part of the reason i booked this hotel, for the outdoor pool. Something with the air in the room had my husband and i not feeling well. Overall nice stay.

Our room had a sweatshirt left laying on the floor when we walked in and toilet paper was just about empty from the roll. Makes me question how clean our room was. When I took this to the front desk, I was told “it’s just our maintenance guys”.

There is only one charger for EV cars. That was challenging but other wise a good place to stay.

Small room and bathroom. No one at the desk for check in, Very noisy in the hallway. Large group of teenagers checked in at 2am running through the hallways yelling. Front desk sent no one even after multiple phone calls for assistance. I will never stay here again and do not recommend this motel

The help was wonderful. Everyone was friendly and helpful and you never felt like you were bothering anyone.
Bonnie at the front desk went out of her way to be friendly and help answer all my questions. If I lived there I think we would be good friends. 😂 We will return for sure.

This Hampton was not up to snuff. We were traveling with our small dog and they put us on the second floor with a dog which was very inconvenient then we realized the shower did not work and when I went to report it the phone in the room did not work either also very inconvenient . So I went to the desk and told them in person about the problems and the person on duty said there was no maintenance person on duty and that they would have to contact the 3rd party (Expedia) to see how they wanted Hampton to handle this. So we left to continue on our trip without a shower and without no satisfaction and no refund .

I rented an accessible room because my wife uses a walker. The room was on the 4th floor and nearly at the end of the hall (rm 422). That means she had to walk to the elevator, wait for the elevator to arrive at the 4th floor, then walk to the room. That was trying for her. Not every disabled person is in a wheelchair. Put the accessible rooms on the 1st floor near entrances.

Hotel is located in a nice area with many choices for dining. Staff was gracious, the facilities were clean and modern.

We stay here every time we visit family in Mooresville. Only recommendation is to pay more attention to the gym. Equipment needs maintenance.
