A group of us wo were volunteering at the FIRST Robotics Event at LSSU stayed. It was great to have a comfy place to stay even though we didn't get to spend much time at this beautiful property!

We have stayed here 2 years in a row. Recently a family member passed away. This was a great place for my husband and I and all of our adult children to stay in order to attend the funeral. As a side note, there was a problem with the heating system and Brianna contacted an HVAC service tech who came within minutes, to fix the problem. It was an enjoyable stay as always, albeit bittersweet.

Our family of 8 really enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of room, clean and very comfortable. If you enjoy watching the big lake freighters, you can't beat this place. Big yard right on the St Marys River.

The property and location were perfect for our group of 8 (4 couples). Briana was responsive to all of our questions. There was a wonderful welcome basket when we arrived and the house is equipped with a full kitchen, kayaks and enough space that we had room to lounge, play games and have a campfire right next to the water. The house is located just a few miles from downtown on a very quiet dead end. It was truly a perfect weekend getaway!

This property felt like home. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The host anticipated everything you could possibly need for a a great family time! The house and grounds were spotless. It was easy to cook meals and enjoy them on the deck or by the water. The beds were comfortable and good linens and towels were provided. There were many options for spreading out when needed AND great options for gathering together as well. Overall, just perfect and we'll be back!!

Great place with enough dedicated bedrooms and bathrooms for a large group of friends to stay. Equally important - enough seating and space for all who stayed (I hate seeing listings that “sleep 10” with only one bathroom and a dining table that seats 4 - that is not the case here!). Definitely recommend Triple R retreat!

Very quiet and peaceful place! Nice furniture and very spacious!! The gift basket was a nice tough and great communication!! Would recommend this place!!

My husband and I along with our adult children and spouses stayed here for a 2nd year in a row. The really nice thing about this place is that the sleeping arrangements can be satisfied with the 5 bedrooms. It's perfect when every adult is not a married couple and needs their own room. We are freighter enthusiasts, so watching them go by is amazing!! The kitchen has any cooking utensil one would need and there is plenty of tableware. We did note the left front burner on the electric range still doesn't work, but that did not hinder us at all. We appreciated the upgrades from last year by having an AC unit in each room (even though the weather did not get warm enough to even consider using them). It was really nice to have the living room fireplace on a thermostat--we did use it in August!! The kayaks, fir pit, camp chairs, etc are additional, welcomed amenities. Be careful of the Canadian geese as they like to make their daily donations on the lawn while you are away--we found a garden spade in the garage to help clean it up. Plenty of parking, beautiful hydrangeas, wonderful furniture, with several powered recliners, and a good assortment of game boards; it is a real retreat!! We've been vacationing in the Sault area for 30 years starting with tent camping while all the kids were young, then moving toward camping/motel stays. Road's End River Retreat now allows all of us to relax together in comfort as well as enjoy the secluded nature.

We loved everything about the property. We loved the view of the freighters going by. The house had so much room. It was close to what we wanted to do. It was quiet and relaxing.

We had a great experience staying at this house. Everything was exactly as described. The River was sandy and perfect for swimming, paddle boarding (we brought ours) and using their kayaks. Breanna was a great host and made sure we were comfortable! We would absolutely return!

We had a wonderful week at Triple R! What a great place for all nine of us to spread out and relax when we weren't site seeing. Loved that it was private, and had a large yard for the grandkids to play. We enjoyed swimming, kayaking, bonfires, and watching the freighters passing through. The house was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Thanks Brianna for all that you did to ensure we had a wonderful stay.

Best vacation ever, perfect days on the St. Mary's River, kayaking and swimming, having smores in the evenings by the fire, and so much more. Most comfortable and clean home with all the amenities needed. Can't say enough good comments about our week. Chris and Tammy

This was a beautiful place and a great location. We had all the amenities we could need. Secluded enough to enjoy the quiet, but still close enough to do some activities. We would definitely stay here again.

The overall experience was excellent starting from booking the home, communication with the property manager and the stay. The house exceeded our expectations. It was perfect! It was clean, cozy and had plenty of room. We all loved how the house had an older style about it yet was so fun and roomy. It fit 4 different families well. All rooms were beyond well stocked. It had everything we needed plus more. So many extra special touches. We were also greeted with a welcome basket that was stocked full! We were all definitely surprised and impressed by the personal touch. Brianna (prop manager) thought of every last detail in making this home perfect for an excellent getaway. We were all beyond impressed. Our favorite room was the fireplace room. We had a large group but everyone had their own area if wanted. We didn't use the lake front as our stay was in the winter but it looked amazing! We could see what a great spot this would be in the warm months. The driveway was well maintained regarding the snow removal, plus having multiple spots to park. We can't say enough good things about this property! Definitely an Excellent Getaway for sure!

This place is so beautiful, everything we needed was there. Brianna was very helpful. Will defiantly be back.
