Great location, cosy and relaxing environment

It’s quite cold, would be better if heaters can be used altogether. Dryer also is a must especially during winter/rainy season.

Very clean unlike other places , had everything we needed , heat pump was great in the hot weather . Cookies were great as a welcome gift.

The very low fence was pain and damaged our car while were returning. Owner should do something about it to not damage others cars

Not the property but it’s surroundings was very noisy

The rooms were cosy and there was good facilities. The biscuits were a nice welcoming touch.

The neighbour was very noisy at all hours of day and night revving his car right outside our window. Also the heaters couldn't be used in the bedrooms at the same time as the heater in the living room and it was quite cold. Also the toilet door was broken.

Pictures were exactly how it appeared when I booked through booking.com . Me and my family were welcomed by a note with a bag of cookies that we were very impressed by. It felt like home. Communication with the owner was great. We checked in around 5pm and it was a cold arrival in Rotorua. Was a bonus to have a heat pump as it made our stay very warm especially for our young kids. Everything you will need was provided, Clean bedding, clean Towels, coffee, Milo, tea, sugar even Shampoo, Conditioner and body wash (I'm not talking about the small amount that you receive at a hotel/motel).. You won't need to supply your own. We over packed for with our toiletries lol The house is a shared drive way with the back house. Cars come and go, my family and I were used to the sound of traffic going in and out of the shared drive way. We live on the main road in Auckland so it didn't bother us. Definitely worth the value. We will definitely come back!! THANK YOU!!

Tiny little place was nice for me and my girlfriend and father to go for my birthday

The neighbour were gang members and there were people going in and out at like 1 am and doing skids outside on motorbike it wasn’t the nicest we were bit scared to go outside when they were home

There were small ants everywhere and the different heaters flipped the breaker.

The flat was great, very warm and cozy. Kitchen appliances were great, kettle and hob were available. Each room had a small heater as well, and had nice thick duvets. Host was lovely and helped us with a few recommendations and made the room feel extra welcome.
