The view was amazing throughout the property. I felt safe at this property. It is very walkable and is near the mall, grocery store, and many restaurants. The beach is across the street. The communication with the property management was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend booking this property.

I loved everything about the property. It was such an amazing experience to stay here because of the views, the pools and how everything was at a walking distance. Honestly I’m beyond impressed with the cleanliness, quiet and how beautiful it was. If I ever come back to Cartagena again I will definitely stay here. I highly recommend to anyone to stay here at the hotel in Cartagena. Overall the staff U-go was very good with the communication.

The apartment was very clean and the view was absolutely breathtaking. We couldn’t get enough of it. It was 3 bathrooms so it worked perfectly for our group of 6. Keep in mind that this works as an apartment and not a hotel room. Therefore, once you run out of toilet paper or need anything replenished, the building does not provide that so we needed to get our own. It wasn’t a huge challenge since there are like 4 places 2 minutes away that we could get what we needed from, including groceries and we didn’t run out until our 3rd day there. The staff was super sweet and really accommodating. The property is in a great location as well. Although we didn’t walk to the other parts of the city like Centro and Getsemaní, we took a ride-share app taxi which was like under $5 cheap, wherever we took it to because we were pretty close. Overall, a great choice for your stay in Cartagena.

Our stay in the apartment was great. The apartment has such an amazing view of the ocean. Seeing the sunset on balcony was breath taking. however the neighborhood was ok the beach was nasty garbage all over the place. the people just don’t let you enjoy vacation without hounding you to sell you something even after saying No. over all it was an ok vacation not what I expected.

the unit is nice...it is not overly luxurious but it is designed more for business travelers. In that regard, it is very nice and priced right. Very close to many different restaurant and shopping options and across the street from the beach. The communication with the hosts was tremendous, easily the best communication experience I've had with a VRBO property. Highly recommend. Also, within 2 minute walk is DKP Restaurant which is the 2nd highest rated by TravelAdvisor in Cartagena. The high ranking is well deserved.

Quick and easy check in process. The Agent efficiently and effectively communicated the details of our stay. The entire place was clean and quiet. The view is incredible. We would highly recommend and stay again.

Absolutely beautiful views from the balcony, rooftop pool is stunning. Honestly, I spent 5 amazing days in Cartagena and it may have been worth it just for the accommodations alone. My family all picked staying at the Murano Elite as one of; if not their favorite part of the vacation, which is saying something. I’ve been to 15-16 countries at this point and for the price it’s being offered, this may have been the best hotel experience I’ve had out of all those years of trips. It’s right across from the beach, which is great even if it’s the busy one with all the annoying vendors. Grocery store, even a damn 3-level shopping mail complete with a movie theatre right nearby. Very safe area, easy to walk to anything you might need and just a short Uber/taxi from the Walled City. Highly highly highly recommend staying here!

This a beautiful property, the people working in this hotel were very helpful and kind. The beach is across the street is perfect. We walked into our room and it was gorgeous!!! Colombia is such a beautiful place filled with kind people.

I was staying in apt. 3604 for a week , and I can say it’s a perfect place to rent. It’s very quiet, clean and comfortable. Rooms are big and light. The view is amazing. Area is safe, the beach is just across the street. There is a mall 2 min away where you can find pretty much everything. The building is also very clean and has front desk operating 24/7. Excellent place to stay,

LOOK NO FURTHER!! This was the best hotel, even looks much better in person than the picture. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND you to stay here. I loved everything about it. The workers were so friendly, the beach is right across, there’s breakfast places at a walking distance. JUST BOOK THE HOTEL, YOU WONT REGRET IT.

It was very pleasant to be in this place. It has everything you need and the things we needed in the kitchen were quickly sent to us. The communication and attention was very very good, always timely. The apartment is just as described, it is very cozy and nice, very good air conditioning and very comfortable beds. The location is excellent.

Great apartment, spacious, clean, with a fantastic view. The 40th floor pool area/view is beautiful, and there is a lap pool and jacuzzi too. Communication was easy, and it’s an easy walk to restaurants and right across the street from the beach. Definitely recommend this place!

The apartment was amazing, perfect views of water. The apartment had everything. Some more garbage bags needed for the week but we made it all work out. The owner was always available to answer questions.

I loved staying at the Murano!
Andrea was helpful and straight to the point.
The unit was clean big and felt like I was at home. The view was amazing and close to the beach and taxi and restaurant. The pool was nice it had an amazing view. I had a wonderful stay and it made me want to stay longer, I highly recommend staying here easy to get in and no problems at all. 24 hours security who are always friendly. I will be back again ❤️

CONS: NO Guest allowed, washer machine broken, blender very dirty, pool on the 40th floor out of service, jacuzzi in room not able to set the temperature.

I liked the apartment a lot. It had a very good location although the beach outside was closed due to construction but they are making headway. It is very safe and quiet. The pool amenities are very good. I really liked having a washer and dryer in the apartment.
The only thinks I didn't like was the bed was a little hard. But it may just because I am not used to such a hard bed. There was one TV in the bedroom it would have been nice to have one in the living room as well. So basically you had to be in bed to watch TV. I have stayed two places with Expedia this year in Cartagena. Edificio Murano and Hotel Capilla del Mar. Each has it's pros and cons the services and restaurant at Capilla del Mar was a plus and the apartment size and amenities at Edifico Murano was a plus so hard to decide which I liked better.

The building is in a location a few steps from the "plaza boca grande" shopping center and less than 5 minutes by car from the city center.
We stayed in a two bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment, as a couple with a few months old baby.
They provided us with a cot for the baby and we had no surprises on the price paid in advance.
Contact with the apartment management has always been excellent.
everything was perfect, we appreciated the cleanliness, the location, the quality in every detail.
The property has a rooftop swimming pool with a 360-degree view of the city.
