Perfect location for professionals (not really for families), gym included, nice bright clean rooms, good value for money.

Very noisy neighbourhood at night with all the casinos and bars down there.

The Room interior was beautiful and well cleaned, the view was beautiful. Had all the facilities we needed, The elevator system was very smart and convenient. The staff was lovely, rooftop terrace and the lounge was amazing.

Minor problem was the private parking and we could not access the gate but when we parked outside the gate, we did not get a ticket so it was fine. Overall, i didn’t dislike anything about the apartment.

Staff upon getting there were excellent!! Kept in contact and were very helpful. View was amazing and apartment was very clean. Staff were informative and were able to answer every query that I had. Very secure. Unable to access other floors apart from your floor, terrace and reception area with key fob which makes you feel safer. Someone always on had to help either at the reception or via WhatsApp chat which I thought was a good touch as it saves you having to go down to the ground floor for assistance.

Having to take your own bins out on check out day was a pain as you have all of your luggage as well as the bin bag. No one offered to help and so I had take my luggage through to the bins with me and then back again. For long term residents taking your own bins out is fine but for short apartment stays for somewhere that describes themselves as luxury taking your own bin bags out makes no sense to me personally. On top of that you have to leave your key in the room as they do not show you where to put the rubbish when you first come in so you have to go through the doors to ask the question and then get locked out. Staff member who showed me where the bins were upon check out seemed annoyed that I didn't know where the bins were and that I didn't have my key? Which I didn't understand as was told to leave them inside the apartment. Car parking gets validated but car park isn't as near as you think when you have to take your luggage with you. One bedroom apartment was quite small pictures were definitely misleading, when I entered but still nice. It helped that there was a door separating the bedroom from the living area. Shower head is EXTREMELY low. I don't tend to get my hair wet so I had to hold the shower hose the whole time when showering. Sofa isn't the comfiest, very low and seems to have lost its plumpness

The apartment was what it said LUXURY great location and everything you would need in a apartment very secure and staff are the best have already told friends about it will definitely stop there again when next here

Literally a perfect stay, second time booking there. No complaints, have stayed in various properties in Birmingham town centre, including the well known Rotunda, this one beats them all. The apartment, the view, the facilities the building has to offer, the staff and location 10/10.

Secure apartments that are well located. Great facilities in the building, gym, running track, lounge. Great views.

The location was perfect which is right in the middle of everything like cinemas, clubs, library, restaurants, and grocery stores, and so was the apartment for 4 people. The room was properly cleaned. The view was also decent as our room was on the 26th floor. Overall a very good experience throughout our stay. There was a Halal restaurant very close by which was a very good thing for us.

We were only given one key knob for 4 people so we had to stay close in case anyone needed to go back to the room, at least 2 would have been better. Other than this everything was perfect and I would definitely recommend this to others and would surely book again.

Clean modern apartment with stunning views across Birmingham, from floor to ceiling windows, which were also in the bedroom, that had a double bed. All amenities necessary for a comfortable stay provided. The building also has great share facilities as well, including gym, outdoor seating bbq area, large social area etc. Location excellent as the tram service and a grocery store are within a very short walk.

Although the room was ready a little earlier than the 4.00 access time, we were advised there would be a £20.00 charge to be allowed to just leave suitcases in the room. Once we got there we were surprised that suitcases couldn't be left in the foyer area of the building, which is huge and has key access only doors.

Tea and coffee provided and toiletries too. Fob entry. Eric was amazing helped us from the beginning with excellent check in. Helped disabled guest with parking etc. Brought us fans. Highly recommended will stay again. Loved games area wuth shuffle board and free tea.outdoor terrace gorgeous.

Had to take rubbish to ground floor ourselves. Not enough kitchen towel and towels however housekeeping gave us more towels on request. More bin bags needed. Couch uncomfortable. No AC but fans available. Check out early at 10 but wasn't a problem

Stunning apartment, nice and clean. Outstanding views. Amazing facilities, in particular the gym and roof terrace. Highly recommended!

There was no sofa bed, however was upgrade for free to the 2 bed so happy with the resolution.
