Fairly well appointed, but the frosted windows made the room feel rather claustrophobic.

Szerencsére a Salto KS appot nem kellett használni amit januárban még írtak, valószínűleg sokan panaszkodhattak rá.
2 embernek az ágy kicsi.
A zárt ajtajú hűtőszag az egész szobat elárasztotta.
A hotelbe nehéz bejutni mivel 4 bonyolult PIN kódos ajtón kell átmenni.
Lift nincs, bőröndökkel kell sokat lépcsőzni.
Az ajtókon történő kimenetel során takarítótól kellett segítséget kérnünk mert nem írták hogy kell kimenni.
Kívűlről szép régi posta épület, de belülről szerintem nem sikerült felújítani.

Great location for what we needed (a gig around the corner) and also ideally located for restaurants, bars and shops. Beautiful old building too. Good shower and comfy bed.
The windows are old and as such, they let in a lot of noise even with the additional screens. The building is creaky so we heard people above moving around too which is fine but it was loud enough to wake us. There is also a green light on the ceiling which is very bright once all other lights are off and I found it difficult to sleep with this on.

Normally awesome got a really small room this time round was clean and tv filled the room , not complaining but bigger rooms much better

Excellent property no complaints. Quiet location and close to our office and rail network. No staff on site other than the cleaners who are always polite and courteous.

Loved the stay and property
The only thing I would say would be if there were a toiletry vending machine if you forgot something would be useful and brighter lights over mirror hard to see when getting ready

Very large room with generous space and kitchen area. Bed was massive and very comfortable. Location was perfect for the Town Hall where I was working.
My room wasn't serviced on Day 2 so I ran out of coffee/tea by the third morning. Could have provided a bottle of water or two in the fridge. View was of a brick wall about 3 feet the other side of the window. There was no plug point near to the desk to plug in my laptop, which isn't very well thought through.

Lack of facilities outside of room but this is to be expected for a Aparthotel

My room was spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. I was on a cycle tour and only stayed one night. The location was central and quiet. Not sure if it would have been a problem if you had a car - the bike came up to the room with me.
This is not really a criticism, more of an observation. The decor in the room and in the access areas is interesting and well done but quite dark.
Access was all digital and a bit fiddly. I didn't see anyone.

My daughter stayed with her partner ans was central for her stay
We did have a problem on cleanliness of the room and I emailed and it was actually dealt with remotely very quick and her room was changed immediately
The room was dirty on arrival and smelled . Pubic hair on toilet seat

The room and facilities were lovely, nice layout and decor.
Excellent location to go to events in Parr Hall.
It would be helpful to have a tea towel in the kitchen area. Personal preference would be 2 hand towels.
