We welcome from the moment we got to the lobby. That check in was a breeze. The room was modern, clean an new. I totally recommend this hotel. It’s the best in the area.

After unexpectedly arriving earlier than expected and even tho the hotel was completely booked up the night staff left a note for day staff to please flip my booked room asap so my son and i could get our room 3 hours earlier than normal after a straight drive from Colorado. Most places would of told us check in time is 3pm no sooner but your staff got us in our room at noon so we could rest and clean up before meeting up with family in town later that evening. A big thank you for going the extra mile for my son and I.

Everything was excellent except the tv remote wasn’t working and when I called the front desk she said she would send the maintenance guy to fix but he never showed up

Room and bathroom was clean, property well maintained. The room i requested had been booked due to a glitch in the system but they caught it within a few minutes, called and communicated that another room was available and were very accommodating when we arrived. Overall a great stay, would definitely look for a room here next time before seeing what else was available.

We were in town for a concert and the facility was clean, convenient and close to the venue. We would be happy to stay there again.

Some jobsite cleanup next door, and on the property- there was a huge dumpster outside our window full of garbage. View wasn't the best. but the hotel staff, and everything else were perfect. We will stay here again.

Overall it was clean and convenient. What I didn't like was the over 1 hour wait after the 3pm check infor my room. This delayed us in getting to our dinner reservation and concert.

This was a lovely hotel option for the area, like 15 min from Toyota amphitheater for a concert. It was convenient clean and comfortable

Staff were all super nice and helpful. The hotel itself was super clean and nice. Shower was amazing and bed absolutely comfortable. Breakfast was great!!! Definitely will be starting here from now on.

The staff especially Jason was great. I booked this room because the other hotel I had booked for same room was horrible (not Holiday inn). Jason helped me out and I appreciated it. The room was nice and quiet as they all are. Would stay in a Holiday In Express anytime needed.

My air conditioning did not work and the night explore did not know what to do about it. The next day, it got fixed, but no one apologized or even acknowledged it.
I was out in s mobility room. I do not believe I asked for one.

Room had issues. The bed was bowing on one side and very uncomfortable. The toilet was not safe and was wobbly and the seal was broken. The shower had damage to the floor/wall cocking. The rest of my experience was great. The people were awesome.

Staff is great and the rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast was good as well. Only a few minute drive to the toyota ampitheater where we went and saw the Red Hot Chili Peppers perform.

Very helpful staff. Easy walk to downtown Yuba. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Very good morning breakfast offerings. 15 mins drive to Hard Rock. Easy drive to Feather River Parkway. Could use some umbrellas in the patio area outside the indoor pool. Also only 2 lounge chairs are not enough. (Rest are regular chairs).

Not sure what to expect since we had never been to this property but we needed somewhere to spend the night after meeting friends at the Hardrock Hotel in Wheatland. The hotel staff is so friendly and helpful (Lindsey). The room was spotless and the breakfast menu they serve in the morning is hearty!

Great staff and hotel. Very updated and clean. Our only problem was that they didn’t have multiple rooms ready when we arrived at 4pm. We had to wait another 30 minutes in the lobby. There were 5 or 6 other groups waiting as well. We had a concert to go to and couldn’t get ready soon enough and didn’t have time for dinner before
