Close to everything, superior beach access!!!

This location was epic. Perfect view of the gulf. It was just beautiful. The listing was very accurate, and is was a beautiful rental. spacious Kitchen and family room, wonderful beds, (I would maybe upgrade on pillows, they were not the most comfortable) so many bathrooms and everything was clean and ready. The management was great, they met us to check in, and there were a few small issues that with a simple text were addressed asap. Probably one of the nicest, fastest to respond and kindest property managers we have had. They really did everything to make our stay perfect. We would definitely come back. It was great for a large group.

this was a reunion trip for a group of friends and by far this was the best property we have ever rented. All the bedroom and separate baths combined with the large kitchen, living room provided a great balance of privacy and shared space. Plus great location right on beach!

Home was lovely, beach semi-private. Unit has all the convenience needed. Manager, Andrew was excellent-he answered any questions we had at anytime of day and even went out of his way to help us resolve an issue we were having with our car.

The host of this location was super friendly and supportive. We was taking a quick trip to Destin to decompress some stress on the sand with the family. Offer times we take for granted our time and this week we just soaked up the beach, house, and family as much as we could.
House has plenty of space, cabinets are well stocked, and nice not to share a bathroom with a family of 7.
The 2nd floor toilet did seem to run throughout the day and we replaced batteries in the 3&4 floor smoke detectors as they was beeping at night. Overall the house was the best we have ever rented. Thank you

House was beautiful. Fully equipped. Well maintained and managed. My only critiques are that the driveway needs to be blocked off or have some Kind of a gate can’t count the amount of times people kept trying to cut through the garage and or park there. Also the beach area is supposed to be private, it was slammed with people packing in the private area when there was clearly other beach openings.
Great week overall! We would definitely book again.

We had 9 adults and the property was perfect. House was very well equipped for cooking in as well. The location was great and we were right on the beach. We had a great time and would highly recommend!

Plenty of room for our group of 12. Location was perfect-everything we needed was accessible by golf cart. The only thing I’d recommend is more monitoring of the private beach.

This house was absolutely amazing! It was just as depicted in the pictures and spotless upon our arrival. It had everything we needed to cook, grill, and just enjoy ourselves. The chair and umbrella attendant had our chairs and umbrellas set up every morning and made sure the many beach goers remained off the area in front of the house so our children had the area to play football and volleyball. Mark and Andrew were the absolute best! They made it perfectly clear they were there for anything we needed. We all had the best time ever. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Great location right on the beach. There was an issue with the beach being private. I think it’s supposed to be private but it’s not enforced. The cleanliness of the property is poor. It really needs a thorough cleaning. Most all of the furniture has stains. The kitchen cabinets are filthy. The sink had food in it when we arrived. Dishes in the cabinets were dirty. There was food under one of the beds and a gummy bear under vanity in bathroom. I think the rental agency/owners need to inspect this property and hire a different cleaning agency/person. The house is very accommodating and private for multiple people.

Kitchen was fully equipped. Maintenance was there soon as we called on a few minor things. And plenty of room for family time together and yet privacy when you wanted it. Great view

Great place and location. Ice makers never worked service people came twice! Ceiling fans were controlled by remotes could find them and service people brought a universal remote and couldn’t get it to work. Property is on edge of public beach so tents were set up. Between the beach service! Never had that before.
