We enjoyed our stay in Palmas del Mar, Crescent Cove Villa. Jay was hospitable and quick to answer our questions. The villa is spacious and with all the necessary amenities. The Palmas del Mar complex had wonderful restaurants to visit. We spent 13 days in PR and can't wait to visit the island again. We especially enjoyed the fact that the two main bedrooms both had bathrooms attached as we were traveling with another couple. The pool was wonderful for our nightly swims as well. Thank you Jay for your hospitality and quick responses.

This is the perfect place for family vacation. Easy beach access, nice and safe community, and Jay was easy to get ahold of with questions. Definitely recommend

The gated community where the villa was located, was well situated on the island. We were easily able to drive to the El Yunque rainforest, the bioluminescent bay, Old San Juan, and diving/snorkeling trips in Fajardo from this area. The community also has some great restaurants which were really convenient. The Complex itself was very nice and right on the beach. We loved the shaded area by the pool. Our unit was well equipped for our group of five adults. The beds were comfortable, nice big dining table, huge television, half bath on main floor was helpful, darkening shades on the windows helped us sleep and we loved the rooftop patio, especially at night. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, and lots of bath and beach towels available. We also appreciated the folding beach chairs. The owner was super responsive and awesome to work with. We had just a couple of maintenance issues that probably need a look. The third floor air conditioner was super unpredictable and would just randomly turn off no matter how we set it. The balcony door on the main floor was super hard to open and close. An alarm on the main refrigerator in the kitchen kept going off to tell us the temperature was too warm, so we had to use the smaller refrigerators for meat and dairy. None of these were a super big deal, but probably need a little maintenance. Overall we had a great trip. We would stay there again.

Nice property close to beach and pool. Jay was great to work with and assisted with a secondary wifi option when local service was down. Visited several of the restaurants in Plamas, and enjoyed each one! thanks

My children & I loved our stay, Jay was very helpful. Every time I needed him he was available. I loved the amazing view & the great customer service. I will be back in Puerto Rico soon and can't wait to stay with Jay again!

We spent a week at this lovely property with our 3 children, plenty of space for all of us, very comfortable Each bedroom has its own AC which allowed us to sleep in the heat! Absolutely gorgeous sunrises from the 3rd floor balcony and beach. The property is very quiet perfectly for families with little ones. The pool was great for our 5 year old, felt like we had it to ourselves most of the time. Although there were tons of people out in the ocean, there was a rip current advisory for the island, so we utilized the pool more than we normally would. We rented golf carts from Target and cruised around the community, it was an absolute blast. I also recommend you take a trip over to Vieques, we had a blast there as well, only a short ferry ride from Ceiba! The wild horses and snorkeling were incredible!

The location is absolutely beautiful!!! To wake up and fall asleep to the sounds of the waves was just amazing and peaceful!! The pool is also great, love that it’s not too deep which makes it safer for the kiddos, in addition you can just lay peacefully and get a tan!! Not too far (4 minutes) there is a plaza, which has a great little food market (open late), yogurt spot, and several restaurants with great food!!! There was also a local fresh fish market very close by and a Walmart too. Jay was very attentive to our needs and overall was very pleasant!!! The rental property was very spacious and had all that was needed for my family of 5 and more. We look forward to staying here again!! Thanks you Jay!

Words cannot describe how impressed my family and I were of the Villa. The Host (Jay) decoration of the Villa ensured that guests needs are met. The place is beautiful and the descriptions of it and the beach is 100% accurate. Communication was also great… from the time of booking to the arrival on the island, Jay was always a text away. He provided us with several recommendations and made sure that all of our needs were met. I would definitely use Jay and his Villa again.

This Villa was perfect for our family of 8. It has amazing view to the beach and it is very close to the pool. My kids and grandkids had a great time. The Villa is very clean. Jay and Ashley were great hosts. They thought of everything. We had a cooler for the beach, noodles for the pool, kids toys for the sand. Very impressed. I recommend it to anyone that is looking for a great please to make precious memories. We will be back.

Waking up every morning to the incredible views was the highlight of the trip. The rental was clean and a perfect fit for our family 6 with teenagers and young adults. Jay was helpful with recommendations and quickly responding to any hiccup with the rental. The proximity to the pool and ocean was and added bonus. We have already recommended the place to others since our visit and we hope to return again one day.

The location was about 30 meters from the beach with awesome views, as advertised. The area was perfect and easy to get around. And...the resort was not at all crowded.
The hosts were super responsive, answering any questions immediately. There was a small issue with air conditioning that the hosts had fixed within hours of knowing about the problem. They welcomed any questions and made sure everything was in order with us.
We will be coming back to stay. Definitely recommend this place!

The only sounds around us were the sounds of the waves. Three floors for everyone to have their personal space. Very comfortable living, kitchen area. Jay is super responsive and nice to work with.

The rental property is in a beautiful secure neighborhood. All the needs of home at a beautiful sunny beach get away. The owner was easy to reach and helpful.

Our family of four had a delightful stay! Jay was incredibly responsive, had terrific site seeing suggestions, and made check in and check out extremely simply. The villa is gorgeous and well appointed, and the view is unbeatable. The pool is lovely and the kids loved it. We cannot wait to go back!!

We had a couple of issues upon arrival with the AC and washer but Jay handled it quickly! Our stay at his beautiful villa was the BEST!! We will definitely come back here! Palmas Del Mar was awesome!

My family (wife, brother, sister, mother, father) had a fantastic stay at Jay's villa. We have already begun discussing another return trip.
The space is exactly as pictured in the listing photographs. The views from the three floors are spectacular. Everything seemed to work as expected... A/C is nice and cold, facilities/utilities, etc. The property is extremely well maintained by the resort staff. The pool is lovely, and a great place to spend some R&R time.
We will almost certainly return.

The villa was beautiful. Our group was able to enjoy the beach (less than a minute walk away) every afternoon. The rooftop balcony gave us great views. Jay (the owner) was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The Palmas community has great neighbors (our neighbor made a list of places for us to check out), and great restaurants/bars. Would highly recommend this unit!

We have stayed at Palmas on multiple occasions and we love the condos at Crescent Cove the best due to its private beach and amenities. Jay's place surpassed every other unit we have stayed at in crescent cove. The condo is 100% renovated, clean and has everything you need to enjoy a great vacation. In additional to the great condo, Jay was an awesome host. Can't wait to come back!

We were looking for a quiet beach vacation and this was the perfect location. The villa is the 2nd,3rd and 4th floors including a rooftop deck and 2nd floor balcony. The building is located in the 2000+ acre Palmas del Mar resort that is well maintained. You can hear the waves crashing and look out to the pool and just beyond it the ocean. Walk for a couple of miles along the shore, it is a nice clean sandy beach. The villa was immaculate, with the exception of sliding doors that tend to leak in very heavy rains which was not really a problem for us. There was a small issue with the 4th floor not having hot water but Jay, the property manager replied to my message very promptly and did everything to make our stay pleasant.
We enjoyed a tour of the Hacienda Munoz Coffee plantation, and a day walking in El Yunque rainforest. A special treat was a chartered fishing trip with Marcos of 787 Fishing in Fajardo. We took our catch to El Bohio and they prepared it perfectly at a very reasonable price. There are several restaurants throughout the resort and in neighboring towns. We arrived on New Years evening and (our fault) there were very few restaurants open, and the ones that were had ~ 2 hr wait. Same with New Years Day, so be forwarned if you go on major holidays. We had great meals at El Makito and Paseo Playero. It was definitelly a grand vacation and we hope to return sometime.

Our family of 5 stayed in this wonderful villa at Crescent Cove in late November. Jay was an amazing host with lots of information for us prior to our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect set up. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the room configurations were ideal. The villa was recently updated and very clean. And the sound of the ocean right outside was heaven. Will definitely be back!!

This is a very clean and comfortable multilevel condo. We were visiting with our two adult daughters and the condo had plenty of room for us to spread out, yet still enjoy time together. Very close to the beach and the pool area. The pool area is beautiful with plenty of comfortable deck chairs, shade structure and proximity to the ocean, The property owners are very helpful. Theys gave us some very useful advice about nearby restaurants and attractions. It was a short drive to a wonderful coffee farm tour - Hacienda Munuz which we highly recommend. We also traveled to the El Yunque rainforest for an exhilarating guided hike complete with waterfall slides, cliff jumping (for those interested) and rope swings into the swimming hole - highly recommend also. And we traveled on a beautiful road down the coast to the Punta Tuna lighthouse. Finally, don't miss the Pterocarpus Forest about one mile from the condo. It is a 1/2 mile boardwalk through a thick, lush forest. We took full advantage of the ideal location to explore the surrounding area and had a very memorable time. For those interested in a more pool/ocean centric holiday, this condo would be perfect for that too.
