Great location and view

Great space and accessible for my dad's ADA needs. He's able to climb the stairs, but appreciated the walk-in shower and accessible amenities.

Perfect location. Right above a coffee shop and right across the street from beach access. We could listen to the waves at night. Would stay again.

The unit and the location were perfect for a getaway for 3 friends. A perfect location and a perfect view. We were lucky enough to bump into Matt from Pier View Suites as we were checking in. He got us extra blankets and navigated the unnecessarily complicated combo lock to get us started on a great 3 nights trip.

Unit was exactly what we were looking for with a short 2 night stay. Proximity to beach and view of pier and beach was fantastic.

The unit was very spacious and we loved that it had a balcony, however the couch cushions outside were filthy and the curtains inside were stained. One of the bedrooms had a leak from the vent in the ceiling and caused water all over the floor which resulted in having to take care of that issue while on vacation. We were told we would be receiving compensation for our troubles but haven’t had anything given to us nor communicated. The shower took about 5 minutes to get warm and there was no pressure at all. There was only 1 kitchen towel available to us. We do love these properties but this stay was awful!

Great stay! Convenient location, and stocked full. Could use some cleaning improvements… we saw 4 spiders on the ceiling and a cockroach… rust on the shower curtain, no Clorox to clean counters, stains on window curtains, bathroom smelt like weed constantly.. And, The master bed was SQUEAKY! Every time you rolled it squeaked… Unfortunately, the only fan we had barely blew any air and were covered in dirt. BUT since it was so hot we requested another fan and they brought us one the same day… great response time. Although the second fan wasn’t much better, just as dirty. I’d definitely stay here again after they have made some changes. Great communication etc, just need some major cleaning improvements made… definitely convenient location and great place to stay though…

The house is beautiful

Everything went well except for the lock on the door. We had to struggle with it everytime we wanted to enter. We had to call for help three times.

This was a great two bedroom option for my kids and I across the street from the beach and above a great cafe. Easy parking and clean amenities. Close to day trip to SLO, Avila, Pismo, and Morro Bay areas. I’d easily stay here again.

Setup of the apartment was very good. Rooms were comfortable. Bathroom was very clean with adequate supply of paper and other needs. Rooms were mostly clean but there was hair on one the beds and the couch looked pretty filthy. Kitchen could have been better equipped. An oven tray instead of muffin tray would be better. Aluminum foil and some oil etc would be helpful. We've stayed in many places and I thought those are basics. Heater didn't work, but they gave space heaters which were fine. One morning we didn't have hot water for shower. Location of the apartment was very good.
