lokasi ok dah strategik, tak perlu bergerak jauh untuk makan dan menikmati kemudahan asas.bilik bersih and keluar hotel terus boleh pergi enjoy the cuaca and enjoy all the facilities.
hotel including breakfast too expensive. we only can get 2 nasi lemak ,porridge.hot soya,coffee and teh panas..
bilik panas sikit and only get a stand fan .tak kedap bunyi bilik.. still ada noisy sound at outside yang u can directly hear from inside.

Locatie is fijn. In winkelcentrum waardoor je bij slecht weer niet echt naar buiten moet.
Ontbijt is bij 2 eetstalletjes, op zich leuk bedacht maar in de ochtend sta je daar met alle andere gasten van het hotel.
Onze kamer was super klein voor 2 volwassene en 2 pubers. Geen zitje of ruimte voor koffers. Doucheputje verstopt waardoor badkamer blank staat.

The bed was decent (except the pillow was too soft)
1. Noisy location. There is a malay uncle singing and walking around the mall with a loudspeaker, singing malay song till midnight. As a family traveller, we sleep early and midnight is too late. The hotel refused to do anything about it and we had to go around the mall looking for security to help us.
2. Given the noisy location, the windows should at least be sound proof, but it isnt. And when we close the window, the room becomes stuffy.
3. Free breakfast provided is the biggest con.
4. The bathroom floor is dirty and too slippery. Many times i almost slipped. And i am a pregnant lady.
5. Toiletries provided is a 3in1 for hair and body. Which is poor for the premium price paid.
6. The chinese lady at reception who served us during check in was not very polite. I am not a foreigner, but tourist tax was not waived for us when i asked. They just wan to push all responsibilities out from their hands by pushing it to booking.com. (Applies for point1 as well, when they refused to help us with cancelling our stay because the room is too noisy for our staycation, they pushed to booking.com as well). Truely disappointing.

this hotel is centrally located 👍👍 surrounded by restaurants Chinese, malay food stalls, Korean bbq, baskin robin, family mart, coffee bean, CU mart. Beside lobby is Watson & Starbucks 🍵 the room is clean and bed comfortable, family room for 3 people is no window and no air conditioner, TV can connect Netflix, YouTube 👍👍👍 included breakfast Lao Yao Gui Gui
the bathroom is dark a bit, so please add some light 😬 if can

El personal muy agradable aunque al hacer nuestra salida no había nadie en recepción.
El desayuno solo era posible a partir de las 8 am y hacia bastante ruido con las ventanas incluso cerradas.

Very noisy till late Night, kids screaming etc. Hotel could not change rooms they were running full house.
Hotel is not elderly , disabilities friendly , have to climb flight of stairs to lift landing. Hv to carry strollers up too.
No electric kettle in the rooms , except suits. Have to collect hot water at reception area. We requested for electric kettle for elderly people; staff claimed they don't have enough. Could place water dispenser at every floor and do away with mineral water for each room to reduce usage of plastic.
Parking, our driver who owns a transport Co was told that free parking is on 1st come 1st basis , only for hotel guest. He was a hotel guest . So why such ridiculous reply , no common sense at all.
Staff were abru.
Breakfast , no value for money , might as well hv fast food.

Es war unglaublich laut, da das Hotel direkt an der Mall im Zentrum von Cameron Highlands liegt. Es war wie auf einem Jahrmarkt. Frühstück war sehr schlecht.

الشقه صغيرة ومافي اماكن سياحيه قريب يعني لازم تستاجر تكسي ياخذك ويرجعك واصلا المدينه ماتستاهل تتعب وتروح لها خاصه اذا معاك اطفال مافي شي لهم يعني مجرد مناظر طبيعيه وبس

The noise of the lift and the babies cried keep us up all nights, so noisy at night.

In the middle of Centrum. Alive at night, so many choices of foods if you dont want to go out from your place. Many kids attraction, so you can spoil your kids.

SIMPLE CHOICE OF BREAKFAST FOR ONE PERSON EACH SET ONLY. "OUTSIDE TRUCK FOODS". (PORRIDGE WITH YOU TIAO / DRY MEE)
LOCATION NOT BAD, BUT TRUCK FOODS STAFF SERVING WAS SO UNFRIENDLY, ESPECIALLY ONE OF THE MALAY TALL GUY, WAS SO RUDE BEHAVIOR.

It’s really clean and the room is quite big too. They have slippers upon requested also.
- we booked the room facing the shopping mall with window, lack of privacy.
- so limited parking in front of the hotel, the rest parking was also reserved for customer. We have to park the shoppe mall’s parking.

Schöne Zimmer, neu und minimalistisch.
Lage war für tagsüber super.
Das Personal war wirklich freundlich, immer gelächelt und hilfsbereit.
1. Sauberkeit lässt sich diskutieren. Fenster waren nicht sauber, am Waschtisch klebten weiße Zahnpasta flecken vom Vorgänger. Hatte ein langes schwarzes Haar im Bett bei der Ankunft.
2. beim Duschen lief das gelbe wasser unter der duschglaswand durch, überflutet die toilette. Da war dann alles nass, was ich nicht sonderlich toll fand. War wohl kein Silikon benutzt worden.
3. Die Regel, man darf kein Essen und trinken von außerhalb rein nehmen, nichtmal snacks. Was ist das denn?! Das Hotel hat nichtmal ein restaurant, wo man essen könnte geschweige denn eine minibar mit getränken.
4. Man wird nachts eingeschlossen, was ich absolut unverschämt finde! Sie Front tür ist zu gesperrt und ansonsten Rollos herunter gelassen. Das geht gar nicht. Wollten um 7:30 auschecken, es war keiner da und alle Türen zu. War auch nirgendsgesagt worden.
5. LÄRM! Wir haben pro Nacht vielleicht 4h geschlafen. Bis 24:00 Uhr ist draußen von der Mall laute Musik mit Diskolicht. Kinder schreien. Wenn das aufhört, kann man alle lauten Autofahrer hören, die wohl nachts ne Tour drehen. Noch dazu bimmelt der Fahrstuhl unglaublich laut, man hört ihn zu jeder Zeit egal welche Etage er anfährt. Morgens wird man dann um 6 Uhr erst vom Moschee Gebet per Lautsprecher geweckt und dann bis 7:30 labert jemand ununterbrochen etwas in die Lautsprecher. Heißt Ruhe ist wenn zwischen 01:00-06:00.
Wenn man weiß, dass man an so einem standort baut, warum baut man dann fenster ein, die nichts isolieren. Man kann sie auflassen, es ist egal, sie haben keinen dämpfenden Effekt.
Die Tage in CH waren nerven aufreibend. Wir haben einfach nicht geschlafen.
