The property is easy to find and in a good location. Pet friendly.

I was travelling by road from Odisha to Bangalore and needed a pet friendly hotel to spend the night. I booked the twin room and a standard room as there were three of us with three pets. The twin room comes with 2 medium size beds and is barely 110sq ft. Needless to say that there was barely any space to walk around (specially if you have two dogs with you). The bed sheets and blankets were filthy, bathrooms fittings were broken, no geyser. They do not have an in-house kitchen despite being a pet friendly hotel. Icing on the cake is that I checked in at 10.30pm which was informed earlier, however, I had to wait for the room to be ready for more than 30mins after completing my formalities. The pricing is way too high for the standard of rooms that were provided. I paid around 5.5K for two rooms for a few hours. I would not recommend this hotel.

The staff was very friendly and cooperative. The location was easy. The room was clean and cosy.

Tea was served late. No arrangement for tea / coffee inside the room. Dirty below the bed.

The infrastructure is good.. rooms are comfortable..

The staff is unprofessional.. I felt they were dishonest.. I would suggest ordering food on delivery apps rather than relying on the staff to get food. Customer service could have been better.

we stayed in their suite room. the room and the bathroom is good for the tariff charged. The hotel is just next to the highway so it’s very convenient for travellers who are driving by and want to spend a night Halt there.

The hotel doesn’t offer anything other than the stay. They need to provide electric kettle with Tea bags and other accessories in the room for making tea coffee,since the hotel has no restaurant.
