We wanted to get away for a few days to decompress before the busy school year. This house was perfect for me, my husband, 2 boys and dog to unwind and forget about real life for a few days. The house was clean and the open layout was great for family time. The fenced in yard was secure for our escape artist dog. Only about 15 minutes from sylvan beach, so we were able to spend a few hours there each day. Dinner every night on the grill and fires and smores. We actually ended up staying an extra night and we would love to come back. Thanks to Tracy for being a great host.

The rental was clean and the owner was very easy to contact. I thought this was going to be a vacation I'd want to go back to but many disappointments were ahead. The home is only yards away from a 55 mile an hour road so if you travel with pets be very careful. Upon our arrival we were very excited to see the lake and let our dogs have a dip in the water. One of the home owners came up to say this is private property, we are all friends and family. You have no rights to use the lake. The VRBO owner talked to the home owner and told us we could use it. By this time we obviously were not welcome in this area. Many areas don't allow dogs to swim they are people only beaches. I'm sorry but this lake is the size of an ocean and it baffles my mind that it can't be shared by all.
Rent this home if you don't have pets and want to travel to the casino or drive to a people beach. The price was very fair.

Property was immaculately kept. It was bright, airy and conducive to both relaxing and working, which i had to do some of while i was there. The property manager was communicative and helpful, leaving great printed instructions and responding immediately when i had questions. The sofa directly in front of the TV in the living room is the most comfortable couch in the history of the world. The only thing better than this property was its location, right near Lake Oneida. Overall great experience!

We enjoyed staying in the well equipped home and everyone was able to spread out comfortably in the large great room! Enjoyed walking down to lake and watching the sunset. Look forward to coming back one day

We loved the property and once we got sorted out about being able to bring our dogs everything was great. The area is lovely and the fenced yard was a plus. The house was comfortably furnished and well stocked. Eclipse day was cloudy but we were able to get views from the back yard. We used extra days to explore some natural areas, awesome and I got to hang out with both my sons and DIL in a roomy house on a beautiful lake.

Everything was beautiful. The Host was very easy to get ahold of and very accommodating even with last minute extensions on our stay. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. We were having such a great time at Camp "Whataview" we didn't want to go anywhere to visit the family we were there to see! It was so relaxing and just a lovely place to stay!

The property was beautifully renovated and clean. The interior was very spacious. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard. Only 15 minutes from Sylvan Beach and 30 minutes from Turning Stone. Tracy was very responsive and helpful from my very first message sent all the way through check out.

Everything about the property and the host was good. Unfortunately our vacation was ruined due to what we have every reason to believe was racially motivated comment from a neighbor who verbally denied access to the shared lake pier and water access. My daughter and I are white her partner however is black and when he attempted to enter the street water access was denied and told only the owners could use and not renters. The whole point of renting a lake vacation house is to be able to enjoy the lake. Spent nearly 2k for a racist experience. Very disappointing. Not any fault of Tracy.

Came to town for a poker tournament at turning stone which is about a 30 minute drive. My friends and I wanted to rent a house to save on costs. This place delivered! It’s actually nicer than the pictures and is fully loaded including towels, extra toothbrush and toothpaste, coffee etc. great place to stay and I’d highly recommend. Also the host was so friendly and communicative the entire time. Thank you for letting us stay at your place!

We booked Tracy’s vacation rental because we were coming home to visit family. The home had three decent sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living space was nicely decorated and open. Tracy was a great host. We had to reschedule our initial trip due to us getting sick. Then during our stay we requested an extra night due to our flights getting canceled because of the snow storm. Tracy was very accommodating. I would recommend this home for a vacation.

We had an amazing time. The place looks exactly like the pictures. Tracy even had a Christmas 🎄 tree and decorations up. Perfect place for family get togethers. We look forward to renting again.

Arrived late in evening entry / access to property was effortless thanks to owner's communication. Upon entering property we instantly recognized the cleanliness and condition as being stellar with all needs handled beyond expectations. This getaway for Thanksgiving holiday will be booked again for next year. The family cannot wait to visit again, kudos to owner on
the way this property is presented and managed. A true 5 star rental.

My husband and I loved our weekend away. The house was very clean, nicely remodeled and equipped with everything you would possibly need. Tracy was an excellent host. She was easy to reach and extremely helpful. We had a great stay and highly recommend this property! We plan on staying again soon.
