Die Betten haben einen Vorhang - zieht man diesen zu, ist man komplett für sich allein. Zudem gibt es ein kleines Licht, eine Steckdose und einen kleinen Ventilator über jedem Bett. Das Personal ist super lieb! Ich wurde empfangen und behandelt wie eine Freundin. Jeden Tag sucht das Hostel (teilweise auch auf Wunsch von Gäst:innen) eine Aktivität raus, sodass man mit einer Gruppe vom Hostel und Shuttle zum Ort gebracht wird und keine Tourguides zahlen muss. Möchte man aber doch "richtige" Tours buchen, wird man auch dazu beraten. Ein weiteres Highlight war die Kommunikativität der Hostelbewohner:innen. So habe ich meinen eigentlichen Aufenthalt von 3 Nächten auf 11 Nächte erweitert und tolle Freunde kennengerlernt!

Todo. Primero la atención de los dueños. Siempre presentes orientando al viajero en los tours, transportes, compras , etc. Buena onda del voluntario Super limpio todo. Una terraza divina para relajar. Cuartos comodos con lokers para mayor seguridad. Cocina bien equipada. Baños limpios y amplios, con agua caliente. A la vuelta de un supermercado, a 4 cuadras de la terminal. Ofrecen tours y transportes propios que hace que sea todo mas simple. Gracias chicos!

La atención de quienes atiende es genial, amables, te orientan sobre las cosas que puedes hacer y los servicios que ofrecen. Cerca está el río La Fortuna, que es gratuito y tienes la oportunidad de convivir con personas locales, allí cerré mi tarde. Cerca queda un super (pero es algo caro comparado con Pali o una frutería cerca del banco 🏦) Hay una soda deliciosa que se llama "Soda Vista al Cerro Chato" pueden preguntar por el platillo del día que está en ¢4mil Deli y tico 😋 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Mi conector solo era uno, así que debía decidir si cargaba mi celular o conectaba el ventilador El pequeño ventilador que había en mi cama estaba sucio, lo limpié pero no podía desarmarlo para limpiarle las aspas, así que no daba aire suficiente. No hay espacio para guardar las cosas, como locker o jaulas. ***Son observaciones con el fin de mejorar que de ninguna manera afecta lo bien atendida que estuve en mi estancia:

Wir hatten das Privatzimmer mit eigener Küche und Balkon, das war echt super! Alles war sauber und relativ neu. Es werden viele Ausflüge und Aktivitäten durchs Hostel organisiert zu fairen Preisen. Die Unterkunft will lieber cash anstelle von Karte, also lieber etwas Bargeld dabeihaben beim Check-in :) Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

* This hostel as many in la fortuna run by volunteers and doesn’t have 24hrs reception desk. However, I came at 8am and left my stuff before going on a tour till late night. The receptionist didn’t tell me what room I was going to be. That means I arrived after 10pm and had no one telling me where I’m going to sleep. As traveler we can’t always be on time (3pm-10pm) to check in so it’s the hostel responsibly to contact us by email and phone (even leave a note at the hostel) and make sure we’ll have a bed when we arrive. * The curtains on beds are placed wrong. They cover the ladders so I couldn’t see how to clone to my bed..

The family atmosphere The hosts were so friendly and helpful and gave so many tips and organized many différents activities. Comfy beds and great new and clean showers and toilets.

El lugar es excelente, esta super cerca del centro, a lado de un super. Todo bien organizado, limpio. Tienen un sistema para usar la cocina. Los baños impecables, las camas 10/10. Realmente excelente

Creo que falta espacio para tender ropa mojada, pero seria ya buscándole el detalle.

The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and the bathroom is cleaned often. One of the nicest bathrooms and hot water!! I also loved how centrally located it is (next to the town center with restaurants, grocery stores, cute park). People are awake early because most of activities start early. The fan was also amazing throughout the night. Loved the privacy from the sheets around the bunk beds. A lot of excursions are offered too so it makes for a good time

Ótima localização, equipe muito simpática e camas com tomada + lâmpada. A ducha é excepcional!

O quarto não tinha chave e possuía duas entradas (uma para a cozinha e outra para a área externa): então as pessoas transitavam por lá o tempo.

First of all, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful to optimize my stay in La Fortuna straight from the start. Compared to everything else I saw, they offer the best rates for all the tours and guide you along the process. The hostel is at a great location, and looks very cute. My room was just perfect and the bathroom exceeded my expectations! Overall, would definitely come back and would recommend to everybody planning a stay in La Fortuna.

Hostel de 10, por la amabilidad y eficiencia de su equipo que te asesora con toda la info necesaria en la estancia y el viaje. Instalaciones limpias y comodas. Ubicación buena, en zona tranquila.y un buen catálogo de servicios y actividades para hacer. Imprescindible si vas a La Fortuna.

The owners were delightful and so welcoming, we felt right at home straight away. Alma the dog was the cutest! Plenty of activities near by but also a nice chilled vibe if you want to stay at the hostel during the day. Highly recommend x

Great welcome, very friendly hosts! They helped us with all our questions, and we had many of them! The rooms are clean and comfortable, they provide ventilation for the heat. Kitchen is super nice and well equipped. Lots of tours possible to book at the hostel! (Listend to the hosts suggestions, we really enjoyed them!) Hot and very nice showers! They provide coffee in the morning, a small gesture but so nice for the atmosphere

Stayed 3 nights in a private room. The staff was friendly and offered information about everything there is to do in the area and how to get to/from them on arrival and arrange paid tours. It made a great base for spending a few days in La Fortuna

There are 2 windows in the room I stayed in, but only one has curtains. This was not a problem for me as the bed I slept in (there was a bed and a set of bunk beds) was by the window with curtains, but anyone sleeping in the bunk beds may have difficulty sleeping after sunrise.

I'd definitely recommend this hostel! The staff are really friendly and helpful and there was a really nice vibe in the place. The communal spaces are well cared for and there are areas to be more sociable or sit with a book. Alma, their puppy, was a gorgeous little addition!

The beds in the 10bed doorm were very comfortable and big :) It felt always clean and the kitchen was also well equipped. In generel a very good hostel, felt comfortable :)

Really good new hostel. Run by an Argentine couple who have travelled extensively. Activities are organised and structured well so people can join or opt in as they like. Loads of information on free activities & about as good a deal on tours as you can find in La Fortuna. Kitchen was the best equipped I've seen in Central America. And there's free coffee in the mornings!

Large dorm can get a little warm & humid when full, it's a matter of taste. I run unusually hot & have trouble most places anyway.

Amazing hosts! Always making sure the guests are well-prepared to make the most of their time and arranging trips throughout the area.

Laura and Lautaro are really lovely, we wouldn’t have discovered La Fortuna as we did without them. They make you feel like home, the place is really clean and the rooms are really good, they also organise dinner that make a great ambiance in the hostel.

The staff members Lara and Lautaro are very kind and helpful. The hostel offers a lot of tours for the surrounding area for a good price. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. It's easy to talk to other people and make new friends in this hostel. It was clean, there were lockers. It was quiet, even in the 10bed dorm. I joined the pizza night which was really great (thank you again, Lautaro, for one of the best pizzas I ever had :) ). I had a great stay and would come back!

One of the Best hostels I've ever stayed in. The owners are extremely friendly and offer lots of advice of what to do in la fortuna. There is a lot of extra activities and it's a feeling like home :)
