Location was handy for the event we attended. Secure parking.

The hygiene was very sub standard. Doona in one room had blood stains which had not been washed Doona in second room appeared to have faecal matter on corner.. again unwashed. For the money we paid did except more in the way of presentation. It was apparent that the bathroom/laundary had not been cleaned to an acceptable level.. shower recess had soap scum staining throughout. Surfaces not wiped down. Maintaince was poor, multiple marks and wall damage throughout. Towel rail left on floor unattached to wall. Multiple blinds damaged. Not enough secure parking when multiple car bays needed. No spare pillows or rugs.

Easy to find, accessible. Comfortable and the kitchen was easy to use with everything we needed.

Having to get out of the car at night with my car running to punch in the code to open the main gate to the car park. The shower head was broken and let out too much water instead of a spray. Made washing my hair difficult. Shampoo and other condiments were not loose so didn't sit in the shower shelf very well. The bed head smelt funny and I found bits of paint off the wall that somehow made it to the bed as well as a little bug of some sort. There were a handful of flies under the bed in 1 spot that I presume was unclean. A small vacuum and or broom would have been handy.

It was close to the hospital

It was ridiculously impossible to book .booking.com said it was paid for it. Their site said it was paid for it It took with out exaggeration at lest over 10 hrs to book and i thought i was being scam every step of the way, from a private message to pay someone? To standing outside the unit and still being told it was not payed .we needed the room as my husband was going in for emergency op. In the end i thought she had cancelled my credit card and asked me to use another credit card. I use booking.com alot world wide because it is safe never have i been asked for a photo of my drivers licence a seperate registration that was impossible to fill out Ring the property went from ringing a sinapore number to a perth number but talking to the same person it took so many calls emails messages and messages on booking. Com that my phone overheated we even tried to get a different hotel but could not find one So in the end i was blackmailed into giving someone ALL my information which has made me feel very unsafe. I wasnot the only one as another guest ( who had to help us open the door) from new zealand had booked through their air b $ b sight also felt unsafe. I even had to download an app to open the door. If thisis how booking. Com is handling reservation now i will have to stop using as i am still dont feel safe with this situation.

We had to give personal and bank details via email. I think in this day of clever scammers, that’s a bit dodgy so I rang the service provider and they were very helpful.

Location was good. Rooms were reasonable and clean

1. The WiFi was not functional. Another unit (#10) was complaining of the same issue. 2. The contact phone operated between 9am and 3pm, but check-in was not until after 3pm - so we could not contact anyone about the WiFi issue. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE IF YOU WANT REPEAT BUSINESS. You do not make it possible for anyone to get action on important items! 3. No ordinary teabags!!! The excuse was "out of stock" when questioned. Rubbish answer.

Place is tidy and modern. Fully self contained. Complex was quiet on the night we stayed. Definitely family friendly.

Without looking at a map, this place might technically be in the Swan Valley… but it’s Midland. This wasn’t a big deal for us and became more of a laugh throughout the night “can you get me a drink out of the fridge?” “Are you sure it’s in the fridge and not in the sink.”

good value for money, has all the utilities you need and overall a great stay.

Very noisy I paid for 3 adults and the sofa bed offered was not suitable for a adult to sleep on total rip off.

The WiFi worked well, and I was able to use my own Netflix account to watch on the large TV screen provided. The place was generally very quiet.

It was not possible to lock the front door from the inside, because the strike plate on the door frame was mounted about 1 cm too low. Probably since the place was built 7 years ago. Could easily be fixed. Could have used some clothes hooks in the bathroom.

the staff were amazing and very helpful when needed. place was clean and spacious

it is sometimes difficult to get in contact with the staff

quite easy to Access the property, no need to worry for key or card returning cuz they using smart door pad. Environment is nice, room is clean and tidy, feels good and location is convenient.

Updates needed, cupboard door hinge was rusted and broken. Wet Mould/ damp on wall other side of shower Pull out sofa bed for my adult daughter was horrific. Not even comfortable to sit on. 8 yr couldn’t even sleep on it, all had to squeeze in a single bed as a result.
