This was a perfect house for my 3 month stay for my mother, my husband and I. The location was perfect and not to far of a drive to all the town squares where we would go to dinner or see live entertainment in the evenings. The lot and neighborhood is beautiful with a golf course pond in the backyard, creating a private setting. The house was clean and we had everything we needed supplied, even a cleaning lady who was very pleasant and did a thorough job. The swimming pool is solar heated and was very warm all the time. Which was necessary for Floridas winter months. Betsy, our host was very responsive to my calls and texts. She solved any issues I had and did it in a timely matter.

We’ve been to the villages numerous times to visit family and this was the perfect location. Close to everything and very clean the pool and view over the lake in the golf course make it truly relaxing and enjoyable time in the villages

The house was as shown in the pictures. The house, pool, bathrooms, etc... were super clean. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. It is convenient to grocery, shopping and golf. Betsy, the property manager was amazing. She prepared our resident and guest passes so it was easy for us to pick up. We just can't say enough about how great Betsy was with our questions and request. She worked hard to help make our trip even more special. I would recommend this property 100%. You will not be disappointed. If we are ever back in the area, we will certainly look here first!

I rented the property for a few family friends and myself to stay during a long weekend celebrating my mom's 70th birthday and it was perfect! The host messaged me with clear instructions and house rules well before I arrived making check-in a breeze. The property was spacious, spotless, and well-stocked. And while we did love the entire house, I'll admit that we spent the majority of our time outside enjoying the fabulous pool and view. 10/10 would recommend and will likely return. :)

This property is very nice and spacious. It gets extra points for cleanliness! The only improvement would be to have more than one water float for the pool and to have grill cleaned for next renters. I would definitely stay here again

Wow is about all I can say. The house is gorgeous. It was the cleanest rental property I’ve ever seen. The amenities of the house were top notch. The view was amazing. The neighborhood was great! Highly recommend renting a golf cart. It was only 15 min to Brownwood square, about 19 min to Sumter. Nice easy drives. Thank you to the owner for opening up your lovely home! We will be back!

Immaculate home that had everything we needed and more! The views are amazing and a wonderful way to wake up every morning. Such comfy seating and beautiful breezes in the sunroom/pool area. Plenty of space for guests to spread out or all hang together. Communication with hosts was super quick and easy. We will definitely be staying here anytime we visit the villages!

We truly enjoyed waking up in the morning. and having breakfast in the patio room overlooking the pool, pond and golf course. Grocery shopping was very close by as well as several golf course clubhouses where we ate lunch and dinner. Will be heading back again next year for a longer stay.

I cannot say enough about this property and the owner. It is absolutely amazing and a complete gem in The Villages! The home is well decorated with everything you could need for your visit, including beach towels for by the pool. The location, view and pool will make you want to never leave. This house is central to everything in the Villages. In 15 minutes or less by car, you can be just about anywhere you would want to go within the community. We were visiting my parents who have a house 10 minutes aways and found this property to be a wonderful gathering place for all with the open floor plan and pool. The beautiful view from the back is serene and private from the neighbors creating a great spot for a coffee by the pool in the mornings. The owner was great to work with and responsive to all questions. We had an accident when leaving which was our fault with some damage to the property. We immediately contacted Betsy who has been great to work with to resolve it. I think I was more upset with it than she was and she actually calmed me down because we felt so awful about what happened to her house that we fell in love with. If you get a chance to book this house, do not think twice about it. You will not be disappointed.

Ok folks, this place is over-the-top beautiful. So, many fun things to do in the area, but we found ourselves wanting to stay and enjoy all of the views and amenities right at this property. My parents and most of my immediate family that have retired are residents of the villages, so I have been inside of many Villages homes. The combination of amenities, location, and views from this home top everything I have seen. Me and my entire family were in awe...highly recommmended!

We really enjoyed our stay in the Villages/Boardroom Trail. House was beautiful and we loved the pool and water view. House was nicely decorated and had ALL you could need! Everything was perfect and we SO enjoyed the sunshine!

We rented this home for a month and loved it! Within a week we were already checking to see if it was available next year. Great open floor plan with view of the pool and pond, modern decor, & the house included everything we needed.
