The Pisonsy Hotel is a lovely new (I think ) hotel in Pisac. It is absolutely gleaming, spotless. Bed, shower fantastic and all headed up by the wonderful, courteous young manager Miguel Angel who was so polite and who couldn’t have been more helpful. Bravo Pisonay Hotel

A l ecart des rues bruyantes, mais pas loin du centre. Chambres propres, salles de bains moderne et eau chaude

Pas de fenêtre donnant sur l exterieur dans la chambre.

Muy moderno, de lujo … la atención y las vistas a las montañas le da un toque de nostalgia al lugar … excelente !

Miguel är så trevlig och service minded, ger stället trevnad och hemkänsla. Ligger på bra avstånd från det mesta, utan att vara mitt i. Riktigt varm dusch❤️ Bodde på bv, vilket var bra de första dagarna, pga sjukdom. Sen byte vi till rum med balkong.

Den handikappvänliga lgh hade kök, men hade inget i skåp och lådor. Fick låna glas och lämna tillbaka innan frukosten. Innergården hade städmaterial och tom flaskor, så inget man direkt kunde använda. Men naturligt ljus kom in där. Högt ljud av dörrklockan och ljus kom in i rummet när andra gäster blev insläppta på kvällen pga fönster över dörren ut till receptionen.

Staff was really nice

Loud, could hear anyone in the halls and the front doorbell opening and closing on the 2 floor. It was very cold in early December. It was hard to be in the room without layers on. The water in the shower took 30+ minutes to become a decent temperature, and even then, it wasn't hot. There was a dirty tissue under my bed and ants in my room from some leftover substance on the floor, clearly dont clean the floors much. the rest of the room was clean. I was asked if it was okay to switch my rooms, but was told it was as nice and the same price but looking on booking later that wasn't true and I probably wouldn't of agreed to it. I was meant to have a view/balcony and had a view of a wall Instead

The hotel facilities were beautiful, the marble and the massage shower were very nice. The personnel was friendly (if incompetent, see below). Lovely view from the "view rooms" (the standard room tho is facing inwards, to the staircase).

We asked the receptionist twice to arrange a taxi - once to go up to the ruins and the other for the Moray and Salinas tour. Both times, the taxi was horrid. First time the driver dropped us off a few miles past the city and transferred to another taxi (with no proper seatbelts, but ok for just a short hop). The trip to Moray and Salinas was dowright horrible though. The ordered taxi came with no trunk space (LPG tank instead) and we travelled with luggage (the reception knew), then she didn't know the road and ended up lost for 1 hour, effectively ruining our trip. The car itself was beaten, cracked windscreen, the seatbelts erratic, the driver also. Bad experience for any standard. We asked immediately for another taxi yet the reception wouldn't oblige and we were already pressed for time. Big failure re. customer service. We are travelling with children, so we need a proper car with proper seatbelts. Also, the breakfast was too basic. Good, but very basic (no fruits, only a baby bananas for all morning, no juice, which is a Peru standard everywhere else). In general, you always get what you oay for and this was at least very cheap. But the taxi screwup was a very bad one. Left a horrible taste in the mouth. Also, no floor towel so the bathroom all wet and no roomservice (the garbage in the toilet would be nice to be emptied on a daily basis..)

The room I booked was not the room I got. The room I got had a leaking sink that wet the entire bathroom floor. I had to keep a towel on the floor to sop up the water and change the towel as it got soaked. The staff knew this problem when I told them. It’s not their fault. It’s the fault of the owner of this hotel. Who won’t fix it. After complaining about my room leaking, also not having a Mountain View as advertised- the staff moved me to another room the following day for my second night there. (the one advertised in the photo of their rooms) that room was much nicer but the bedding wasn’t clean. The hot water for showers was only slightly warm. The pillows are super fat and firm which I find to be hard on my neck for sleeping. If you manage to get the room I had for my second night you’ll probably like this place if you don’t mind like warm showers and super fat hard pillows.

Das Hotel ist für den Preis der Hammer, unschlagbar. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon, das ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Frühstück war auch gut, frisches Obst, Marmelade, Wurst und Käse. Alles recht neu und sehr sauber. Das Person war auch super nett . Absolute Empfehlung 👍🏼

New hotel with modern rooms. Beds comfortable and some rooms have a small balcony (just for standing outside a bit; no furniture). Staff very friendly. Breakfast good (the usual things you will get in Peru). Wifi worked well.

If you want to watch television you need to get the remote control from the reception (but that‘s not really a big issue).

Buena atención y serviciales. Muy rico el desayuno, está muy cerca de la plaza de Pisaq.

Perfect location within walking distance of shops and restaurants, yet just far enough away for a peaceful sleep. Views from the balcony rooms are incredible. Everything was super clean and modern and the property felt completely safe.

Noise travelled through the walls a bit.

The location + the view + the staff were perfect. Great showers + cool balcony. It was a sweet rustic hostel type stay.

The hotel feels more like a hostel, beds were a bit uncomfortable but for just a night or two they’re fine. Toilet seats are crooked but again a night or two is fine.

The heat of the shower when it did produce hot water

The hotel is nothing like what it looks like on the photos, rooms are tiny, balcony so small it doesnt fit a table and chair as in the photos. Our first room was across from a noisy hostel playing incredibly loud music, did get upgraded to a larger room which was ok but pretty dirty bathroom. The main issues with this hotel were the terrible breakfast, staff who make fun of you when they think you dont understand Spanish, they never clean the room, empty the trash (including used toilet paper), no fresh towels and a shower that leaks all over the bathroom floor. You are only allowed one egg at breakfast and they will not give you anymore. The staff barely speak English and it was like staying in Fawlty Towers.

This was the best hotel I've ever stayed in, Pisac!! Very clear and comfortable! Super strong hot showers! And very friendly staff. I definitely recommend this place!! And I will be back!

Clean and great location

Misleading descriptions of what they offer. I chose this place specifically because they offered a shared kitchen. I need to prepare my own food for health reasons. On arrival they said I can’t use the kitchen because of the cameras?? The owners wife was in the kitchen cooking a meal for the family. It felt like she just didn’t want to be disturbed. I shared that online it says there is a shared kitchen. They said I can pay more to upgrade to a room with a kitchen but again can’t use this one because cameras (there are cameras everywhere) I almost left the same day to go to another place. I felt very uncomfortable and would not recommend this place or return here.

Good location, good value for money, great view, decent breakfast, very quiet of a night time, good curtains.

Toilet seat needs fixing as it is crooked. The hot water was a bit hit and miss, but okay. The breakfast was good but on the second day there was not as much to select from.

At least the bed was comfortable

There is a list of reasons: 1) Raul attempted to use a higher exchange rate than the official to calculate the Soles rate, about 6% more. 2) with an almost empty hotel, he still tried to gives the worse room possible (the window faced the stairwell which did not match the view in the room we booked) we asked for a different room. 3) the pictures for the "double room" on bookings do NOT match. 4) the shower lieaked terribly. 5) the shower was not always hot, sometimes cold. 6) Everytime you want to enter the hotel you have to ring the bell to have it opened. 7) there is a common area, I couldnt sleep one night, so I camev downstairs to make a cup of tea, Raul came out very angry, saying I am making too much noise.... (all I did was boil the jug), he forced me to go back my room by turning off all the lights in the common room.

Nice hôtel close to the terminal of the collectivos and taxis to the ruins. Very spacious and clean room and excellent hôtel shower. The hôtel manager is very nice and helpful. Very nice restaurants within 2 minutes walk.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. The showers were one of the best we have encountered for a very long time! Breakfast was basic but very nice and our host had a great taste in music!! Great value for money!

Has a lot of potential as a newer property. No hot water for the shower it was slightly warmer than cold, no heat but has extra blankets it does get very cold at night, very loud can hear everything in lobby and outside, new toilet yet toilet seat doesn’t fit so slide off the side of the toilet almost breaking it off the toilet, rooms very small. Bed is extremely hard (some people prefer this I don’t). Front desk very nice and helpful.

The hotel is quite new, which also affects the feeling when getting there. Feels like the construction is not totally done yet. When checking-in our room was not totally clean, but after telling the staff they quickly cleaned the room. thanks for that.
