Costa Caye Villa on San Pedro Island is a perfect Island Paradise. It is remotely located to give you a relaxing vacation. The 5 villa complex though remote has close access to a grocery store, restaurants, and Bars and a full time security guard to make you feel comfortable and safe. Damien, the onsite manager, is available to accommodate your needs as well as Janice, Damien's Supervisor. There is a lot to do on San Pedro Island and Costa Caye Villa is the ideal place to stay.

Property is lovely and the management staff are incredible- Damien was so helpful and goes out of his way to assist with anything we needed. We had a few hiccups with the A/C but he handled so quickly. Be aware the power does go out daily and it becomes hot very in the house - but it restores within an hour or so - overall a fantastic stay!

This was our third time in San Pedro and second time staying at one of these villas. We previously stayed in a 2 bedroom one. Costa Caye is secluded from the main road and noise. It has a great pool and is right on the beach. The bedrooms and bathrooms were plenty big. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook if you want to. Loved our stay.

We had an amazing time staying at Costa Caye. The villa is huge and the whole property was beautiful. The hosts were amazing and helped arrange our golf cart rental and Riccardo picked us up at the airport and drove us right to the villa as well as took us back on our departure. Damian was amazing once we arrived. He was so helpful getting us checked in and if we had any questions or needed anything while we were there. The location was great. There's a cute little grocery store and coffee place just down the street. My daughter loved the pool and we had it pretty much to ourself the entire week. She also loved the dog Rocky. Would recommend this place to anyone. We'd definitely come back

What an awesome experience! From the ease of booking and the additional links and recommendations from the property management made everything a breeze! We liked the location so that we had private accommodations for our family but yet close places to enjoy the local atmosphere. The golf cart rental was easy and a must through them as well. The grounds staff was amazing and very accommodating! Damion was there to help with anything we needed and kept the grounds immaculate! The house keepers kept us stocked with fresh towels and a clean house. Rocky the guard dog and Vladimir the night guard kept the grounds safe and protected at night even though we felt safe the entire time. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone!

This property was a great size and layout for multiple people. We enjoyed the staff, location, and mostly the private pool and beach access. Plus, it's away from town so traffic was minimal. Thanks again!

A great stay. Well laid out, comfortable accommodations with everything we needed. Host was super fast answering all of our questions and the site manager, Damien was awesome. Highly recommend this ocean facing home.

Everyone from reservations on were very helpful. On site property manager was great - he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. I would recommend this property to anyone!! It really was more than I expected in every way.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Costa Caye Villas. The property is just as described online, very spacious for a big family, beautiful decor and clean. From the moment you walk into the grounds of the property, it feels like you walked into a heavenly place. Damian is there to greet you from the start and takes care of you until it's time to go. My girls fell in love with Rocky the guard dog, he guarded them as they took hours of photographs by the beach. He can be seen in the background of all their photos. They had a hard time saying goodbye to him and still say he was the highlight of our trip. Thank you for this memorable stay, we hope we can come back soon!! We highly recommend these villas!!

We had a wonderful time here! The house was clean and the yard felt very secluded. The kids loved the pool and everyone was so kind and helpful. They made us feel welcome and made sure we had everything that we needed. The location was perfect for us. Just a 20 minute golf cart ride to secret beach and 30 minutes to downtown san pedro. We also found plenty of grocery stores and amazing restaurants closer to home. If our travels ever take us back to San Pedro, we will book again in a heartbeat!

Very clean and well maintained. You could get as much or as little service as you would like. Damian was very knowledgeable about the island and made being there easy!! We snorkeled, fished, and did a snorkel tour with rays and sharks and fed tarpon and saw seahorses and the best was getting back to the place to relax. Vladimir was security at night with his sidekick Rocky on the day shift! The Caye Villas is a beautiful relaxing getaway from the crazy traffic in town! There are 5 rental homes/villas on the property with a private pool and a private access to the ocean. Damian does an amazing job keeping the property well maintained and looking pristine! It’s about 4 miles out of town, but if you prefer privacy - this is your place!

Great property - clean, beautifully kept grounds, super nice staff and a great "guard dog" named Rocky who would happily welcome us every morning. Geographically, Caye Villas is just far enough outside of San Pedro to be a bit quieter, but still close enough to go into town for bars, restaurants, etc. We were fly-fishing on the northern end of the island so it was very convenient for us to get out and going in the morning. It is just a couple minutes from the turn-off to go to Secret Beach if that is on your agenda. Plenty of great little eateries within 5 minutes both north and south. All three of us agreed we would most definitely stay here again on future trips This was my 5th time staying on Ambergris Caye and this location has been my favorite.
