Room is fine & clean, but this is not a hotel. Completely unmanned, "service" is by text or calling an external call center that knows absolutely nothing about the property gives wrong answers. Very complicated check-in: you get a door code 1 hour before check-in time. Want to leave bags in the lobby? Sorry, no staff! Need anything? Sorry, no staff! Talking to their call center is like calling HP about a printer problem: time-consuming & frustrating.

The hotel is very clean, aesthetic, functional and overall great. The location is amazing, right next to a lot of restaurants, cafes and bars, and very close to subway stops. I would definitely recommend. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. My only comment would be that I never received the pre check in email (possibly because I had booked the night before), so when I got to the hotel I had to call them to get access to the hotel and my room (there is no front desk). However, the person on the phone was very friendly and fast, and the process was super effective and fast. All of the instructions are clear and easy. Thank you for a great stay!

Window very very dirty. No Kitchenette counter available as the microwave is too big . It’s a pity cause there are superb coffe machine and kettles we have to put on the floor to use . All the rest was very good

This property is in a great location is you have a reason to be on the lower east side. The room was super small, but was clean and safe. It is also close to the subway to all parts of NYC.

I wouldn't call it a studio, but it does have a fridge, microwave, coffee machine and water cooker.
Just no crockery or cutlery.

I liked the efficient entrance and sense of security. Very spacious and equipped for a comfortable relatively low cost stay (kitchen facilities)

Shower took more than 4 minutes to get hot water, then it lasted about 90 seconds before becoming room temperature or cooler, never to get warm again.
This was at 5:30 AM, no one else was up.

Five stars all around! Can't ask for much better in NYC for this price - tons of space, good wifi signal, nice little rooftop deck, easy access to transit. We loved it. Didn't have a chance to try the restaurant on the ground floor but it looked very cool. Next time!

Fantastic location in the Lower East Side. We walked everywhere or took the subway, the hotel was close enough to restaurants/shopping but still surprisingly quiet inside. Loved the modern/minimalist decor and light touch service. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit to NYC!
