the view was very nice and not too far from the shops and eating.

I didn’t like having to drive across town to check in at the sister hotel after I already got to the hotel I was staying out. If there was mention of this on booking sight or confirmation of the booking explaining this before hand it wouldn’t have been a big deal. The bed was so uncomfortable I about died. I have a bad back and I felt worse after sleeping in it.

Great room, Loaded with most everything needed in the unit. Great view of the beach and a great patio to relax on. Close to the center of the town "walking distance".

Did not like the fact that the room above ours was booked to a family with little kids that the parents allowed to run free, Maybe next time put young families on the ground floor. The running back and forth started by 8 AM and didn't end until past 10 PM both days, Kinda ruined the relaxing part of our trip. 1 TV with 3 remotes?

It was a bit strange not to have staff at the property

The woman that checked us in worked at another motel. The woman complained that she wished she could go on vacation. And she stated this over and over. With the Booking.com confirmation we were quoted $328.82 that included fees and taxes. I found out from my bank that we were charged $339.39. We received a key card to get into our room. Room 102. When we got to the room their was a couple in the room. They said it was their room. We called the woman who we got the key card from and we had to go back to the other motel to pick up another key card. I told the woman thank God we don't have children that came with us and thank God the couple we opened the door of room 102 wasn't having sex. While the woman was still complaining that all she does is work, work, work. And never gets a vacation. She bummed us out! I WILL NEVER USE BOOKING.COM OR STAY AT THE INN AT FOUR WINDS EVER AGAIN! I WANT THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE CONFIRMED PRICE AND WHAT WE HAD TO PAY PUT BACK INTO MY DEBIT CARD! WE WERE LIED TO!

The property was clean, and nicely set. It’s location is ideal on the Promenade but just set back far enough as to not have the first floor rooms open views for passerbys.

The communication at check in was not particularly friendly nor helpful regarding the location to the building we were going to which was several blocks away. There was no guest info at our room for policy of check out, tsunami/emergency procedures, or local amenities, restaurants, or attractions. The later was not so important to us as we are familiar with the area but for people new to the area it would be disheartening.
