Our recent stay at this property in Germany was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, we found the place in a state of disarray—dishes were unwashed, and food and garbage were left behind. Towels were strewn across the bathroom floor, suggesting that the apartment had not been cleaned before our check-in, which was unacceptable. For four people staying seven nights, we were provided with only three rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and minimal soap. There were no dish cloths or adequate cleaning supplies, making it impossible to clean up ourselves. The kitchenware was a mismatched collection, and there was only one wine glass, making it inconvenient for a group. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, inadequate provisions, and absence of basic cleaning supplies made our stay unpleasant. I would not recommend this property.

Mangelnder Kontakt. Wohnung war sehr kalt, wurde in ein anderes geschickt welches auch nicht grade warm war. Als ich zurück wechseln sollte, kam keine Antwort mehr bzgl. ob die Heizung repariert wurde oder ähnliches.

Appartment was spacious and had a lot of light. The beds were very comfy and there were enough power outlets. It's been renovated very well.

- Even though no pets are allowed, the appartment smelled like wet dog - The front automatic door didn't work. Had to walk from the side all the way to the appartment - No extraction fan when cooking

If you are looking for a cozy and comfortable apartment in Germany, I highly recommend staying at this apartment. I recently had the pleasure of staying there and was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. First off, the ambience of the apartment is a homie vibe. The owner is amazing and always made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. It was clear that they genuinely cared about their guests' experience. Another highlight of the apartment was the excellent WiFi signal. It was fast and reliable, which was really important for me since I needed to stay connected with my work back home. I didn't experience any issues throughout my stay. Lastly, I love how they also provided free toothbrushes for guests. I usually forget mine. If you're looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Germany, I highly recommend checking out this apartment! The ambience is top-notch - it's clean, spacious and feels like a real home away from home. A nice Chinese restaurant around the corner was amazingly good!

No elevator, maybe i don't know? Good thing, we were prepared so we only have a bag pack and left big suitcases in the car. You have to at least do some grocery because there will be no breakfast, because at that time we were also very late after 4 hrs driving from France. Charging station (electrical outlet) an cable extension would be perfect, especially if you have multiple mobile phones. Nonetheless, a perfect stay. Thank you for accommodating us.
