Try to install TV in the rooms we there to relax
We bought our own breakfast
No toilet paper and TV set is not there

The stay was wondeful and Goodwill was very helpful and welcoming
The the night shift security asked us to pay a fee for parking, when we were about to pay in the morning, they told us that it was a lie we don't need to pay

I was badly treated by Shayna Posner the owner of Westpoint and still have not been refunded.
I was not treated fairly. When I arrived at the facility I was told that my booking was cancelled. The property owner Shayna Posner didnt want to talk to me. She avoided my calls (28 and counting) and sent her security personnel to escort me out of the property. I was told to cancel my booking via booking.com but I had received a confirmation slip in the morning of the 25th of February 2023. I was not treated fairly as a client and as an African. Is this how paying clients should be treated? I was told to make an alternative arrangement at 22h00. When I asked about my refund I was told to come the following day. It didnt bother the property owner that I drove all the way from North West - Rustenburg to Westpoint to spend a night there. I was in Joburg to watch a soccer game between Pirates and Chiefs. When I arrived at Westpoint she didnt want to speak to me instead she asked her assistant to chase me away. If I was white I was not gonna be treated this way. So i conclude this was racially motivated. Today is Monday the 27th I still have not been refunded, Shayna Posner has not taken the responsibility for being rude to me and treating me badly. The least she could have done was to apologize and make alternative arrangements or refund me so that I can book an alternative accommodation. Where do we go when we have been violated by the property owners? What recourse do we have to get justice?
I was not treated well. I was treated like a criminal and I had made a proper booking. I had paid for my booking but the property owner didnt want to talk to me. She avoided my calls and sent her security officer to remove from her property. IF black people are not allowed to use this property why is it listed on booking.com? Booking.com please intervene and ensure that I get refunded for my time, dignity, petrol and from embarrassment.

The security and caretaker are welcoming.
Waiting time, I had to wait from 16:00 to 21:00 for them to approve and open the place despite having the confirmation that I booked and paid.

The facilities. That there was WiFi,a working stove,mircowave,fridge, kettle and a few dishes provided. also security made you feel safe.
That there wasn't a TV. it really would have been lovely if there was a TV.
