The views from the tent and it's private jacuzzi were excellent. The facilities in the tent were also great, we were very comfortable. We have had multiple enquiries about the accommodation from friends and colleagues who want to experience it for themselves and we will definitely be back.

That we couldn't stay longer.

Location was great, quite close to the beach, staff were friendly, place was clean, and once we overcame the initial confusion (see didn't like section), the accommodation was charming and comfortable.

We received email confirmation of our booking, but the staff did not anticipate our arrival and could not locate our booking in their system. After several phone calls back between staff and acknowledging our email confirmation, they decided to accommodate us anyway. The room they gave us did not match the room images we saw when making our booking (in fact, they matched a room in the other building as they have two for the property) and it was clear this was not the room we paid for. When we brought this to the staff's attention, they attempted to convince us the room we were staying in was the only one that matched the description of what we paid for, a family double. So either their images online are inaccurate and misleading or they were deceiving us on arrival due to availability constraints. Though if that was the case, they could have been transparent and said as much.

Great view!

Parking is a big problem! We only had 2 pillows in a room booked for Three people and no extra duvet for the couch bed. Room had a bad smell of gass due to people warming their hands on the gas stove in the kitchen down the hall.

Central and quiet location. Big room with excellent sea and moiuntain views.

Consider fixing towel hooks in the bathroom as well as a toilettoll holder. Supply cupboard with hangers. Supply more coffee sachets.

I loved the rooms and attention to detail with the little things that made the stay much more enjoyable. Great thought went into the needs of the guests. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. The views were absolutely breathtaking and the bed was so comfy.

The hot water ran out very quickly. Some minor issues with the window that could not open but did not affect our stay. Also, no fault of the resort, but the other guests were standoffish with my kids who wanted to enjoy the facilities like the rest of the guests.

Staff were great. The room was comfy, we were free to come and go as we pleased. The pool and the view were lovely. The only thing that could be improved on are small little maintenance things like a weed here and there and the coffee/tea in the room not having been replenished. Excellent value for money and we had a very happy stay at Beachwood Camps Bay

Great location, nice and quiet, close to Camps Bay main street (few minutes car ride, probably can walk it too), gas station nearby. Staff were very friendly and accommodating to requests, and showed some pro-activeness in making things more comfortable. Rooms have AC which was useful on hotter days. View from the property to the sea is amazing - we saw beautiful sunsets there.

First room we were in (smaller room just on the outside of the property) was quite small, felt like a box. Rooms do not have a safety box, and although we felt safe leaving our things behind, it would have been better to have. When we were upgraded (very kind of the team to do this pro-actively!), the noise in the common area is higher than we would have liked. If guests were having a conversation there, it was very audible.

There was no breakfast included but we discovered a really cute cafe walkable from the house. The house was exactly as described, very quirky design definitely a bit dated. The views were spectacular. Most important thing was how honest and nice the staff was. My son left his wallet and they immediately found it and within 2 weeks shipped it asking for no money. Amazing.

The property is a bit dated and needs some attention. No elevator to lug our luggage to our room. Too many stairs.
