Overall, nice house. 1.Beautiful, little backyard. Unfortunately you cant sit back there and enjoy it because there is not ONE piece of patio furniture or any bbq grill. 2.Pool looks good in the "pictures". The hot tub doesn't work, but i was informed that it wasnt listed as an amenitie. 3.The noise maker really wasn't a big deal. 4. The property owner needs to try and invest in some cups, plates, dinnerware Overall 3/5 not bad, but could be a really nice place with a few upgrades IMO

Home itself is beautiful. Lots of space to enjoy time with family and friends. The only thing we didnt like about this stay was the noise meter that is located inside the game room near the kitchen. Keep in mind that we are a total of 8 guests inside the home in the game room or kitchen. The noise meter sounds like a smoke detector when activated. As soon as we all started enjoying our selfs in the home, it was quickly ruined by this noise detector. Its pretty much a nanny telling you to be quite or go to sleep. This home is perfect for families who barely stay at the home, go to sleep @8pm or the elderly. The outside patio did not have any type of furniture so pack a couple chairs to hang out by the pool. Overall, beautiful home that i wish didnt have the noise detector. Other than that, we enjoyed the space it had. Will book again if noise detector is removed.

The house was clean and easily accommodated my family. The games and the pool were great for the kids. Only real issue was that the listing said it had a washer and dryer but we couldn’t find one and the garage was locked. Other than that it was great!

Overall it was Great, the property is a little dated but fine. There are cameras for “Noise Management” pointed directly at the pool. VERY off putting! (We just tilted away from the pool area) I don’t mind listening “in case of Parties” They don’t disclose cameras until AFTER you book.

Pros about this property is that its a spacious home for your family to come visit. Has everything you would need, cons they put a noise VRBO in the game room so when the kids would play the noise control kept going off, also they were playing during the day. I understand they want the noise to be at a certain level but they should relocate it.

Loved the house and pool. Really well maintained and clean. Very nice neighborhood, very close to huge Elk Grove park.
