The location is very central to everything. The views are magnificent. The apartment was large and exceptionally clean! Staff was very helpful and accommodating. We certainly would return to this incredible deal!

This hotel is right on the edge of the gorge in Ronda with a stunning view! Truly breathtaking. We booked the loft on the top floor and enjoyed our breakfasts and our evening wine & cheese out on the large balcony. It couldn't have been more perfect! The room is clean, comfortable and nicely decorated, with two french doors and a kitchenette. The bathroom is lovely, with a big shower to enjoy (which isn’t as common in Europe). The location is right in the centre of town, near the famous Puente Nuevo, so it was easy to walk everywhere. And the hotel was able to direct us to paid parking just a short walk away. All in all, we had everything we needed for our 3-night stay. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning sometime soon.

Nothing! I was surprised by some of the complaints in a few other reviews but we were very happy with our experience. The hotel staff is somewhat hands-off - we only ran into a couple of cleaning staff during our stay - so you don't get much communication, but we were totally fine with that and had all of our inquiries answered. Don't hesitate to book this great little hotel!

Wonderful location, easy to access apartment by car or on foot. Apartment was very quiet. Good views of road (though only a little view of the Tajo from one bedroom and the shower). Lounge diner area was spacious, plenty of room - though as we were only staying a few nights, we weren't in very much. We enjoyed staying here, it was easy to walk into town.

Although there were plenty of seats in the lounge area, they were quite uncomfortable, more for show than for relaxing. Kitchen didn't have washing up cloths/sponges or anywhere to dry glasses Bathroom had 8 bottles of shampoo, no shower gel, luckily we had some but thought it was odd to provide one without the other. Full height window in shower, no curtain or frosted glass. Shower also leaked so the bathroom floor ended up sopping. Water seemed to be from an elec boiler, so showers needed to either be staggered or quick!

Clean, spacious apartment perfect for two people staying several days. We had Apartment 3, which did not have a direct view of the gorge (except one bd window) but had a lovely street view. Location was right in the middle of everything but was very quiet. Comfortable beds and furniture, and more than enough supplies. Would definitely plan a next visit around the chance to stay here again.

Never found the terrace listed as common space.

Entrance code was received on time, easy to find the apartment and get in. The location is great, the balcony views the whole gorge. You can sit back and relax, be a part of the scene. Room is spacious and well equipped, just as the pictures show you.

Shower could have some racks for putting little things.

La televisión estaba estropeada, además debía llevar un tiempo a la vista de opiniones de otros huéspedes. Detalles de falta de mantenimiento: el grifo del fregadero suelto, paredes y techo con muchos mosquitos muertos. Extractor del baño ruidoso. Los códigos de acceso eran muy sencillos, y la habitación sin un pestillo interior, por tanto no transmitía sensación de seguridad. Le faltan detalles: no había nada para colgar toallas en el baño, ni para la ducha no para el lavabo. La fregona, el cubo y la escoba en una esquina de la habitación. Se escuchaba una máquina de aire acondicionado a un volumen que podría llegar a resultar molesto.

Location was great at a minute walk from the new bridge. No view from the apartment but we knew that the large apartment came without a view. Apartment was spacious and comfortable. I especially appreciated the large TV with streaming services and casting option.

What was really surprising was the tiny kitchen, scarcely usable. It's almost as if the restaurant downstairs decided to make cooking as unattractive as possible so that guests would eat at theirs instead. Other than that it was a great stay.
