The room was clean but there was a few areas that had sum spots and some dust but overall cleanliness was very good. The service was top tier and the front desk ladies were extremely nice. The breakfast was amazing and the pool was just as clean as well. Definitely worth the money. The view we had was good for the location of the hotel by the airport.

Everything was amazing! I loved the room we had & I loved how convenient it was to nearby restaurants and stores. My kids loved the pool and the complimentary breakfast that comes with the room.

Convenient airport shuttle, friendly staff. Social hours with some appetizers and drinks was great after traveling and not really wanting to go out anywhere. Nice indoor swimming pool. Was able to print out documents easily a the business center. Breakfast was good as well.

Loved my stay. Just stayed one night but would happily have stayed more. I didn't even get to enjoy the lovely heated pool. Super comfortable, super clean. Good breakfast --great if you are not gf. They even had soy milk for my coffee. Great staff! Gave me an extra hour to check out. Spacious lobby where I could work while I waited for a late flight and a complimentary shuttle to the airport. Oh, and room service last night was super fast after I ordered using the qr code and paid via apple pay on my phone. Room was spacious and comfortable and kitchen was well equipped and I didn't even get to really use it. Excellent stay!

While the room HVAC system was rather loud, everything else was excellent. From the pleasant and prompt shuttle drivers, to the staff, the very nice included breakfast, and very modern and clean room, there was nothing else I could have asked for. Will definitely stay there again next time I'm in Chicago.

If you are a solo traveler like me. This place is a must! It’s clean and the room are huge. Got your own kitchen as if like it’s your home away from home. Problem with the airport noise? I can’t barely hear the plane taking off. Breakfast are the usuals I hope they got tons of choices too. But overall it’s a good place to stay.

Our stay was just an overnight stay for an early morning flight (7:00 am). Service was great, check in really easy and the room was great (especially the shower). The shuttle is included and it’s a 24 hour shuttle to the airport. You have to reserve a time slot though once you arrive to the hotel. It was inexpensive compared to others around.

It was very clean and great service, the breakfast was top notch. But it was so noisy at night between traffic from the highway and planes had to keep the fan on to drown out the noise.

I had travel delays. Phone and front desk staff were friendly and helpful every time I spoke to them. They asked the shuttle driver to wait for me at 2am instead of leaving on his loop to come back a half hour later. The shuttle driver was very nice. Perfectly nice place, but the people made it awesome.

Hotel is just eye candy ,everything looks nice but just does not work for a business traveler. Just an example no computer access or business center. Water comes out of shower like a fine mist. Can't even get a cup of coffee early in morning. Most hotels today have 24 hour coffee and tea access.

We had a great experience here after a very long flight. She shuttle worked well and we didn’t wait more than 5 minutes. Our daughter was thrilled with the pool and breakfast was really nice.
