Que de 9 am a 12 cortan el servicio de agua porque se le hace tratamiento a la piscina

Excelente localización. La playa muy cerca y las piscinas muy lindas también.
El colchón no era cómodo y no era posible bloquear la luz. El baño tenía un problema en el grifo y goteaba, pero cuando funcionó salió una buena ducha.

El alojamiento está cerca de la playa, tiene amplio parqueo y cuenta con wifi.
La piscina se ve más grande en las fotos de lo que realmente es. No posee basureros para reciclar, a pesar de que cuenta con una cocina compartida.

Everything! The staff, the location, the pool, the little cold plunge pool, the vibe, the atmosphere, the room, the comfy beds… literally everything. Walking distance to everything you need. Excellent value!!

The A/C in the room didn't really work very well, so it was really hot while we were staying there in April.

- cockroaches in our room
- felt a little unsafe, there were signs on the door to say you should lock your door with a deadbolt to go sleep but our didn’t work

Brian and his son Mason were very welcoming and lovely people. My mom and I enjoyed ourselves very much at Brisa del Mar, mainly because of the hospitality, the closeness to the beach in combination with a relaxing pool and a nice outdoorkitchen. Would definitely recommend!

Great location to go surfing at playa Hermosa, big rooms, really nice outdoor kitchen area. The pool is 24h accessible. The cherry on the top of the cake was the Ice Bath! Thanks to the owner, Brian, we had the opportunity to try it, hate it at first and then fell in love with it! Thanks for the stay!

A nice touch above and beyond would be to keep fresh fruit and snacks available.

Close to the beach, quiet area, and walking distance to restaurants and sodas. The staff was extremely friendly and personable. There is a shareable kitchenette which was a great option for meals. We will definitely be going back 😄
Beds were a bit too soft but that’s preferable over too hard 😆

Good location. Nice pool. Great communal kitchen. We had a couple of issues and they were dealt with which we appreciated.
No daily housekeeping which can be a problem when toilet paper has to go in the bin. Shower didn't drain. WiFi was intermittent. Really loud noise from air con units next to our room all night meaning we had to move rooms. Next to a noisy road. Great that it's pet friendly but there was dog poo everywhere.

I loved the laidback environment. The people are very friendly. The facilites are always clean. The ice bath is wonderful. I would definitly recommend the place and hope to be back soon.
The bed was very noisy. It would wake me up every time I moved while sleeping.
