It was amazing. Margit and Franz were both lovely, kind, helpful, efficient and generous. The house was beautiful and very clean and the location was stunning and quiet. The kitchen was more than fully equipped, the bed was so comfortable and the garden was peaceful. The decoration was made of wood that smelled so great. Margit and Franz spent time showing us the maps of the area, hiking paths, the mountains and lakes. They had the patience to help us download an App that helped us a lot with bus and train lines and their prices. Recommendations were great. They were both fluent in English so that helped us communicate better. We had lovely holiday there and we'll go back for sure. Great experience!

Super nette GastgeberIn, sehr hilfsbereit und herzlich. Gute Tipps für Wanderungen und andere Tagesausflüge. Mit der WelcomeCard kann man Busse und einige Bergbahnen kostenlos nutzen. Die Busse fahren alle 15 Minuten nach Innsbruck. Man kann aber auch direkt von Götzens loswandern. Die Unterkunft war mit allem ausgestattet, sehr geräumig und hell. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war top. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch dort.

Margit & Franz are exceptional hosts and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. The apartment is well equipped and on the ground floor with parking next to it. Great access and good wifi.

Loved staying in this authentic alpine accomodation. It was just on the bottom of a mountain with a ski lift. We spent one day in Innsbruck and were so happy to come back to our accomodation up on the mountain. Fresh air, and more open up here. Only a 10 minute drive from Innsbruck. You also get a free bus pass into town. The accomodation was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Do yourself a favour and stay here 10/10! Such warm, friendly and inviting hosts. When I come back, I will be staying here again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Excellent accommodation. Very good ski lift location nearby. The cleanliness is excellent. The hosts are attentive and try to help solve any problems. Would recommend to anyone who wants to have a great time.
