The living rooms were good and clean
The sitting room facilities were good
The living window was broken, the bathing cabinet handle was broken, the wc for my children's room wasn't clean inside, we only had one hand towel in the kitchen, our bed spread wasn't changed because no extra for the one week stay. Almost every guest stays more than 90 minutes outside before they can access the property. The email services were poor on replying messages.

Het was een ruim appartement
Het was niet schoon. Er lag een vuile theedoek. De tegels op het balkon liggen los waardoor je bijna je enkels breekt omdat de tegel omhoog kantelt. We hadden geen mail gehad met het kamernummer en code dus we konden niet binnen. Het telefoonnummer was niet bereikbaar. Gelukkig heeft booking.com ons goed geholpen!

Modern and clean
6th floor and lift not working. Had to carry bags up 102 steps. Please don't go with elder or kids. Unfinished wiring in toilet. Front door was open and created a loud wind noise all night. Scary immigrant person sat in doorway smoking crack in morning. Loose tiles on bedroom balcony.

Only location was good
I booked a room with terrace but i got without a terrace. My child didnt have a blanket, the shower door was broken and fell off, no iron was available. When i wrote about these problems to customer service, then it took so much time for them to answer.

The code for the key was obtained after one hour past the selected check-in time, after we got the code, we were told that our room was at the 5th floor, which was supposed to be accessible by lift, but it was out of service and a notice about it was nowhere to be seen, also heard a girl talking to the help line talking on the phone with them, they were aware that the lift was not working, for god knows how long already. Entering the room was hard, the doors were getting stuck all the time! Upon arrival, trash was full from previous visitors, the room was not too clean, there was also a broken window, blinds were also broken and a few other things also. A flat seems nice, it is spacious, but it is not in a good condition.

The appartment is situated in a quiet area, only 1 tram stop away from the train station
The apartment is not well maintained: a window was broke, there were no cups or cutlery to eat or drink - making the coffee machine pretty useless - and the apartment was dirty.
I read a reference that the elevator was broken more than 2 months before my stay, but it was still not fixed when we arrived. Having 2 kids and 4 suitcases to carry up to the 5th floor was a challenge that took us over 30 minutes.

de voorzieningen. Er was erg veel stuk, zoals:
- de lift;
- een douch (alleen heel warm water)
- de oven
- Alle rolluiken
Dit was erg onhandig en zorgde voor frustratie

Qualité de la literie, grand espaces.
Crasse de plusieurs mois sous les lits, chaussettes sâles également, ampoules manquantes, manquantes aux lampes de chevet, manque de vaisselle ( 1 verre à vin, 6 verres à eau), une petite poêle et une petite casserole à moules pour une famille de 6 personnes ! !!
Vitres très sâles...ok il y a des travaux mais à ce point là c est exagéré !
Environnement très bruyant
Je n ai pas reçu mes codes avant d arriver et c était le cas pour d autres locataires !

muy sucio, las mesas no se podian utilizar de lo sucias que estaban, las toallas daban mucha grima, las persianas no funcionaban, el ascensor tampoco y nos toco en el sexto. El sofa cama estaba roto. Y el portal estaba muy muy sucio. Tampoco habia jabon… un desastre y 0 recomendado

Светлая, большая квартира, с большой кухней. Недалеко остановки общественного транспорта. Легко получили ключи, поселились и выселились
1. не было одного комплекта постельного белья. написали арендодателям в первый же час заселения, но в итоге они ничего не смогли сделать!! ничего не принесли!! писали им буквально каждые 30 минут, звонили, просили, в итоге…. пришлось одну ночь спать просто в ужасных условиях, но на второй день принесли.
2. зачем ставить сковородки и кастрюли, что не подходят под этот тип плиты?
3. довольно грязно, под кроватями огромный слой пыли, да и полы тоже грязные

Amplio y cómodo.
Fue decepcionante aunque el apartamento estuviese bien distribuido. A parte de esta reserva tuvimos otra para el primer día que estuvimos en Luxemburgo.
Para comenzar te piden por una App escanear tu tarjeta de crédito para retenerte el dinero siendo imposible hacerlo en persona solo a través de una aplicación del apartamento. Cuando se le preguntaba por el importe a retener no te decían una cantidad exacta algo muy extraño porque en otros alojamientos o incluso cuando alquilas una vivienda la fianza te dicen la cantidad exacta. Porque la retención del dinero no dejaba de ser para comprobar que al irte todo estaba bien. Al llegar al alojamiento el primer día el suelo pegajoso, manchas de vino, un chicle pegado en la pared un cuadro roto… no entiendo para que retienen un dinero si luego no supervisan las instalaciones. El chek in a las 16:00 no tiene sentido cuando el alojamiento te lo dan sucio y encima si quieres hacer antes la entrada te pedían 100€. También habían vasos híper sucios que daban ganas de vomitar. El chek out era a las 11:00 y a las 10:00 vino un señor a decir que se tenía que llevar las cosas para lavandería toallas y sábanas, sin nadie avisarnos previamente de esto, y si llegamos a estar dormidos nos dejan sin sábanas y toallas? .
Del 3 al 4 de abril teníamos ya esta reserva , llegamos por la tarde noche en dicha aplicación la cual te dicen que si o si tienes que escanear l tarjeta si no no te pueden dar el código de acceso para la llave y puerta principal. Pues al llegar de tarde noche la puerta de entrada al edificio estaba cerrada se introducía el pin y no habría tras varios intentos y ese pin había una puerta corredera que ya estaba abierta previa a la del edificio. A través de este chat háblala com alguien y se e informaba acerca de que no podíamos acceder y solo decía empujad la puerta.

В апартаментах немає зовсім мила. Не має фена, хоча він був заявлений у переліку зручностей. Персонал ніяк не реагував. Я змушена була мити своє довге волосся і спати мокрою. Чистота квартири була не достатньою, в шафі з нагрівачем води стояв сміттєбак повний сміття від попередніх власників. На моє прохання вивезти бо воно смердить , адміністратор відповіла, щоб я не хвилювалася після нашого виїзду його вивезуть! але найбільше обурило те, що всі чотири дні в коридорі загального користування лежала використана жіноча прокладка. Так! З кров'ю. Я писала і надсилала відео менеджеру, але це ніхто не прибрав.

Near city transportation.
I stayed with my husband. The whole place was filthy: filthy dish washer, filthy oven, filthy water boiler, filthy microwave, insufficient kitchen utensils. No check list of the facilities in situs of the apartment. No indication of recycling garbage for those like we care about the environment. Containers downstairs were in an open door garage. We witnessed beggars sleeping/hiding there. The area is not a safe one. No name(s) or contact of the building's janitor. No smoke detector in the apartment. The late evening when we checked-in I noticed that the big mirror in the bathroom/shower next to the bedroom was broken. No one came to fix it although I sent an email immediately reporting this hazard. The door was forced. Problems to lock it. No bulb night table. Not enough toiletries as advertised. The lift stopped working on February 9, 2024 and until we left it continued not working. Nobody came to fix it!! Staff could not work properly either and threw the towels and sheets of checking out guests out of the windows to the sidewalk. Lift was a consideration we took in order to book. The day we checked out had to struggle to walk down with two big suitcases and 2 carry on. Stairs were wet and filthy. We were on the fourth floor. I kept on writing emails but apart from robotic answers saying that "they were sorry and they will report the issue/issues", ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WAS DONE & we stayed 16 nights. As a summary: No lift. No safety. No service. No functional kitchen to cook. Our stay was a nightmare to say the least. I asked for money compensation for the misleading information on the website and because of the stress Smartflats has put on us, for my waste of time writing to complain. Apart from the emails, I sent as well a registered letter to the responsible in Brussels, Belgium. I have received NO ANSWER EITHER. NO COMPENSATION EITHER. I have pictures of everything I have above said as proof of this scam from Smartflats.

It is close to the tram station.
Lift was not working for a couple of days even till we checked in for the second time on 12 February. We have a number of suitcases and had to use the staircase ( from 5th floor) to carry our suitcases. I texted Smartflex about it and the response was it is not their responsibility. At least they could inform the building owner and lodge a complaint about the unserviceable lift.

My Booking was cancelled at 03.00AM in the morning after having to spend a 2 hour phone call in freezing temperatures in front of the Hotel Door just to be told that there are "technical issues" and that I would have to seek other accommodations. With a maximum of 2 hours of sleep available before I had to head out on Business, there was no use in seeking other accommodations. Both Booking.com and Smartflats have done nothing whatsoever to compensate for having it cancelled and basically being left curbside. Smartflats does not give any answer at all and Booking.com gives the usual standard "Contact the Hotel Owner" and "We will reimburse extra costs if there are any from booking a new Hotel". Absolutely atrocious customer support from both Smartflats and Booking.com

O apartamento é bem localizado, confortável e novo
Porém o serviço que é dado ao cliente é péssimo, só sabem pedir pra você ter paciência e nunca resolvem nada, limpeza superficial, manutenção nenhuma, mal sobem informações específicas dos apartamentos para solucionar algum problema do cliente, você tem que ter sorte de não necessitar deles para nada, pois se necessário você terá um grande estresse, pois só irá gastar seu tempo e pagar por algo que não funciona ou não existe, pois a única providência que eles tomam e lhe solicitar mais paciência!

Heizung funkt. sehr gut. Eigentlich schöne Wohnungen.
Vermtl. hausen dort fürs Wo nur Unterbelichtete, die das Eigentum anderer nicht schätzen. Ich nehme an das die Reparaturkosten höher sind als die Einnahmen. Bad ist das schlimmste, defekte Duschtüren, Wasserhahn am Lavabor nur noch n Rinnsal, zum Waschen eine Katastrophe. Herd Rückstände vom Kochen.

It was close to the city center, it had grocery shops nearby, it was pretty big and comfortable

In der ersten Nacht wurden unsere E-Bikes aus der Tiefgarage gestohlen, vom Vermieter kam nur der Kommentar: wir sind nicht dafür zuständig.

Enfim foi só alegria o tempo que me hospedei lá.
A TV não funcionava... nosso check-in seria automático porém ao chegar no prédio o serviço eletrônico não estava funcionando. No meu caso não causou transtorno nenhum pois tivemos a sorte de um dos anfitriões estarem no momento que chegamos. Porém se não fosse isso.... imagina o B.O.

Schöne Einrichtung.
Der guest service hat gut und schnell geantwortet, leider konnten dennoch nicht alle Anliegen geklärt werden.
In der Spülmaschine stand noch dreckiges Geschirr und auch der Rest der Wohnung war leider nur mäßig sauber. In der Küche war vom Geschirr leider jeweils nur ein Teil da, also 1x hohes glass, 1x kleines Glas, etc. Das könnte bei voller Auslastung der Unterkunft von 4 Personen etwas kompliziert werden.

Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement, le confort, la propreté, l'espace, les pièces grandes et bien claires, bref: tout pour un séjour agréable. Rien à redire. Nous espérons revenir dans ce logement lors de notre prochaine escapade au Luxembourg.
Rien si ce n'est que notre séjour a été trop bref,.. Ce court séjour était destiné à rendre visite à notre petit fils, récemment arrivé au Luxembourg pour y travailler.Nous avons donc profité de ses 2 jours de repos pour visiter la ville avec lui.

Nothing
We arrived at the Flat and it has not been cleaned. The irony was that I had asked for an early check in but they said we couldn't have one because they needed to clean the apartment.
It was extremely unhygienic to arrive with children into a dirty flat. We called the 'helpline' and were told that someone would come back to us. After half an hour with no contact, we left and had to go find somewhere else to stay.
We were promised a refund from the Guest Services but haven't received this and when we reach out to them they keep moving the goal posts.
They are not responding to queries from Booking.com either. Pictures reflect what we walked into.
