The location was perfect in a quiet street. Absolutely no noise

The address is correct, however, since the hotel looks like a regular house in the street, it's a little bit hard to find it. Maybe a picture of the hotel with the other houses could help.

Actually my residency at the property was wonderful , i found the place very clean well organized and warmly, I TRULY recommended the place.

Titi was extremely accommodating, and everything was as described in an extremely quiet neighborhood.

It’s a very clean place. I never saw the host, but the instructions to enter the building and required information will be messaged right after the booking. Titi is very responsive and tries to help you as much as possible.

It’s too expensive for this location. Or breakfast should be included in the price. Location is a bit far from public transport.

It was a good location, quiet area, close to great restaurants and the Waterloo park . Very comfortable bed

We found the heading “ Harmony Home university of Waterloo” very misleading. We have stayed in university housing during off season in the past and assumed this was “ university housing”

I felt like my home. Titi was so helpful and friendly. The check in and check out process was so simple. It’s well connected to the shopping place and public transport. The property has uninterrupted internet connection. The kitchen is well maintained. You are completely independent.

You have all you need but not much more. The room misses a mirror. And there are paint stains on the floor.

I travel a lot and this place has a lot of space in the room that includes a personal bathroom and a kitchen that has about everything you need to cook. The owner was very friendly and very communicative about the rules and my accommodations. The only thing is there might be an extra person in another room above or below you but not directly. With tv or just normal talking is enough to forget everybody else in the building. I had a friend over and she was shocked at how clean and nice everything was and how we had a patio to chill outside. A great vacation spot like a home away from home.
