Quiet and very clean.

Parking was the only complaint we had. No designated spot. Or heads up. We parked at the TD Canada across the street. Think there was on street parking. We left early and got back daily so didnt appear to be an issue. Didnt use the house for much more than sleeping and bathing. Had some dishes, but not much for a family. Was just 2 of us. Pretty sure its fairly newer for a vrbo. Had 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a twin futon in the living room. Shopping area nearby with most essentials.
Tldr Parking wasn't the best. Needed a light near gate going to the basement.

This was the best house I visited, the host was wonderful, he kept making sure that we're doing ok and if we need anything, this place is highly recommended.

property is neat and clean. It's a renovated basement. The host lives upstairs and is friendly. Overall its a good property to stay.

There is no light outside.We came home late no lights on the side also couldn’t open door contact host the host did not reply or answer my phone and I closed the door connected to the house when we came back door was open it means someone came inside when we were not their but nothing was missing

Well it was clean and priced right. It was also freezing cold- the heat offered is two space heaters. The couch/futon in the living area was very thin and it was very rainy so the space was cold and there aren’t even extra blankets. The shower curtain was missing hooks and falling off the curtain rod, there were ants in one of the rooms, damp towels in the dryer and when I’d try to message the person I got no answer.
At least my bed was comfortable

It was more than adequate for us. The parking and luggage management was inconvenient as the parking was across a busy street and there was no place to pull up in the front or back to load or unload our luggage.

Property was clean when we arrived. There was no in air conditioning in the unit but I understand this is common in Vancouver. It served the purpose for what we were wanting.
