Receptionist in the morning was not very friendly... compare to the guy in the evening. The final cost of the booking had hidden costs!

Very clean and comfortable place. Great central location to shops, restaurants and beach. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Our room was super quiet and sparkling clean. Fully stocked kitchen even though we ate out every night. The pool area was really relaxing. The entire stay was great.

I wish they had more hooks in the bathroom. Otherwise no complaints.

Our Room and the Hotel as a whole was beautiful & clean and the Staff went above and beyond to assist and were extremely friendly and pleasant to deal with.

Very minor issue, the washing machines and dryers only accept quarters which you have to go to a nearby bank or the casino to obtain because there is no change machine on site.

I love the inside of the apartment. The gym and the pool were so cool.

They don't allow pets.

The Location was great near cvs/walgreens/beach.

Needed better parking, A blender, and ice maker refrigerator.

The property was very very clean smelling was fresh clean towels and linen every day was changed Patricia was very helpful and a another lady I forgot her name but overall the 2 ladies that worked at the front desk was very pleasant and nice

Very quiet and private and safe the manager call and spoke with me and gave me a upgrade to a one bedroom because I wanted more space as a complimentary I would really come back and stay at Hibird

The staff was very helpful and friendly, and were quick to respond to any questions I had or any items I needed were brought to me very fast! I had a group of 7 and it was more than enough room for all of us. Great location it’s in the middle of everything!

I stayed with my family of 10 back in June. The property was just like the pictures! It was very beautiful and modern. The staff was extremely helpful.

The floors were sticky for our stay, and the cleaners never came. We never got full maid service during our stay, but someone at the front desk helped us clean the floor.
